Earlier...i thought Ch Nisar is one of better ppl in PML N... But dawn leaks has proved tht he is as much loyalist of anawaz Sharif, as others in kitchen cabinet.. He only pretends to be .....different...ke main asoolon par samjhota nahi karta.. He is exactly like others in PML n

He has his own agenda- he is hated by Khawajas and Dars of the cabinet and Kulsoom and Maryam at home.

On 62/63 they (judges) had preconceived judgement the day they ridiculed these clauses in proceedings.

To clarify and give better optics they retracted - but they are in no mood to touch these two articles.

Later in the case...judges mentioned many times..ke ye case imaandari ka hai... Ke PM ne sach ya jhoot bola hai... Baad main bhtt se aisy remarks aaye thay..jo article 62/63 se related thay.. Justice Khosa ne ek dafa kaha bhi tha ke hum article 62/63 par declaration de saktay hain

If a commission is made..for further investigation..tab tu suspension zuroor hogi..esp after statement of chairman NAB .. But if theres no commission...phir hosakta hai ke suspension na ho...aur bas 62-63 par declaration aajaye..and then disqualification through EC

It could be that the commission is tasked only to control NAB to dig out details behind each evidence presented, those 26,000 docs! That won't need NS to be de-seated ... as NAB will be constitutionally controlled by SC/commission.

Suspension is more likely and possible..uske hosakta hai ke precedents bhi hon

Yep! NAB, SECP, FIA, et all will be in judgement- but no fireworks re Sharifs.

PTI also has this feeling - rightly so after what has had happened in the past.

IK showed his cards too early when he stated "even if Sharif gets clean chit in this, we have other cases prepared"

Anyway - would want a pro Pakistan decision - without the taints of 'nazarye zaroorat" of establishment bureacrazy, judiciary, and military) where they are more happy to have a guy with tons of skeletons in the closet to keep the ship steady. Only if they can be more strategic than tactical.

I hope and pray ke SC apni verdict main baji ke baaray main bhi koi declaration ya statements zuroor dein..something like..she lied..she concealed her assets.. Kuch aisi statements..ke abhi tu woh MNA nahi hai.. Lekin baad main jab woh NA ke liye contest karein tu uski candidacy challenge hosaky..in EC based on SC verdict

I dont think..SC can directly disqualify him.. They can only give declaration on 62/63 after which EC will have to disqualify him

It's not personality clash - NS himself knows that he is not at all trustworthy as his actions re non notification through his brother burned NS for ten years.

He is most hated by Kulsoom and Maryam and we know all ministers other than CN, SA and Dar report to Maryam.

An investigation of full and global assets of NS and family ... If SC orders that, then every country will have to comply when NAB makes contact. PPP sacrificed a PM over that letter ... imagine what all would come out if that order is made!?
