Pata nahi..kiun...lekin Advocate ka ye statement mujhe daraa raha hai... kahin aisa na ho ke bhtt detailed verdict likh rahay rahy hon.. alif laila ki dastaan aur kahanian...aur jab dekhein tu us main kaam ki koi baat na ho aur bas truck ki batti ke peechay lagaa dein.. Advocate ke is statement se mujhe koi achi feeling nahi aarahi

Isi liye kahin judges ka focus is baat par na ho...ke 20 saal tak yaad rahay ga, sadion tak yaad rahay ga... ke baad main hi kuch niklay ga...abhi tu kuch ho nahi sakta Esp advocate ki baaton se tu aisa hi lagg raha hai

Even if they pass a bill the SC can just dismiss it. I think the constitution does give the SC power to do that.

We are approaching mid April now and nothing happening!!
Quite disappointed by the SC, AGAIN. I was being an idiot when i though something good or even great might come from all this. Every passing day makes it unlikely. A slap on the wrist is what might be coming now.

Quite disappointed by the SC, AGAIN. I was being an idiot when i though something good or even great might come from all this. Every passing day makes it unlikely. A slap on the wrist is what might be coming now.

I think it is a detailed verdict and we should give time to SC. This decision, if we consider the remarks made by judges in other cases, will set a precedent, I don't mind its delay till end of this month even. Remember, there will be too many cases decided citing this judgment alone in the near future.

62/ 63's explanation and application, if done right in the verdict, will make our lives easy in future.

By the way, @Farah Sohail , aaj tou apnay PM bhi bol paray.. Abb shikwa nahi karna chahiey kisi ko waisay..

Its been MONTHS!!
It is not like they want to write a PhD thesis!!

Justice delayed is justice denied. Time is running out and like every other thing in Pakistan, the more the delay it the less significant it will be. It should have been out in a week or two, three four MAX. This now do not makes any sense and cannot be justified.

The Status Quo block will collapse real fast after the judgement .. SC is going to pull out a lot of blocks in one go
