@PakSword after all this delay in verdict...do u still expect a commission, and PM's suspension? Mujhe lagta hai ke itna jo delay horaha hai..tu koi direct verdict aaraha hai..and not commission... Commission tu itnay arsay main apni findings bhi finish kar chuka hota, jitna time SC ne apnay faislay main lagaa diya hai

@PakSword @Farah Sohail How far is truck's batti that you guys have been following for months now?

Oh...where were you???? Havent seen you sinnnceeee long..on this forum..?

Tentative judgement shouldn't take that long. Batti is uncatchable, better to halt the pursue.

:( :( like seriously? What is it? Why are the judges taking soo long to announce the verdict???:rolleyes: Atleast judges shouldend the suspense regd date, if nothing else...

But I am surprised at ppl's innocence.. Theres one guy Amir Hussain of PTI, who keep giving dates after every 2-3 days regd verdict :lol: And even when he is proven wrong everytime, it doesnt stop him from giving another date after 2-3 days :lol: he claims to have some sources......Funny thing is...ppl believe him every time.. Once i told him, to stop playing with ppl's emotions...

Now one Wise Guy has claimed tht judges will announce even name of caretaker PM, in their detailed judgement:lol::lol: And he even knows the name of tht caretaker PM too :lol: And ppl are believing him too  :( and gettiing happy.... Its actually sad tht ppl can be fooled so easily.. No wonder our politicians do tht soo easily :(

Maybe when judge sahab said "20 saal tak yaad rahayga faisla" he meant ke faisla 20 saal baad ayega

Getting old waiting for this SC decision

Interesting remarks by CJ..... Who is Zia ur Rehman? If Chief Justce is hearing this case regd Sadiq Ameen..means SC can hear cases of article 62/63.... PML N lawyers argued tht Election commission is the forum, to hear this case, regd 62/63 and SC cant... But since CJ is also hearing this case...means their argument was wrong

Panama case decision likely next Monday

ISLAMABAD: Rescheduling of a hearing before the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) Monday points towards the much-awaited judgment in the Panama Papers case to be announced anytime next Monday.

The five-member larger bench of the Supreme Court hearing the case of Panama Papers had concluded hearing on February 23, and the final judgment was reserved. Headed by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa, the larger bench comprises Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan, Justice Gulzar Ahmed, Justice Sh Azmat Saeed and Justice Ijazul Ahsan.

The head of the larger bench and Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan are also the senior most members of the Supreme Judicial Council — the constitutional authority that decides the merits of a reference for removal of a judge of the superior courts in Pakistan.

Sources at the principal seat of the Supreme Court told Geo News the other day that the hearing of reference against Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqqui of Islamabad High Court by the Supreme Judicial Council was scheduled for Monday but it was deferred to April 3.

The reason, according to these sources: Justice Asif Saeed Khosa and Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan had other engagements. The fact that it was an engagement likely to last only until next Monday is seen by sources as pointing towards the likelihood of the larger bench aiming for announcement of judgment by the end of the week or next Monday.

There is no official word yet on when to expect the judgment. The Supreme Court has institutional measures in place to curb informal flow of sensitive information such as the likely contours of a reserved judgment or the likely date of its announcement.

Sab tukkay laga rahay hain lets see kis ka lagta hai kis ka nahi :hitwall:

By reading this article...it seems to me, though tht verdict is more likely by this Friday..rather than Monday...since hearing of Suoreme Judicial council has been deferred to next Monday...so if its because of other engagements of Justice Khosa, and Advocate Ijaz Afzal...it means..then their other engagements should should be over before Monday. Means verdict should be more likely by Friday

Sab tukkay laga rahay hain lets see kis ka lagta hai kis ka nahi :hitwall:

If this article is true...i think verdict should be announced by Friday, rather than next Monday because they have rescheduled the hearing of Supreme Judicial Council to Monday..so verdict of panama case should be out before Monday, tht is by Friday...
