No....actually I dont doubt Justice Khosa's integrity or honesty.. Sometimes ppl are very honest, but lack conviction to take bold decisions... I was just looking here and there on net, abt all judges in this bench....ke pata karun..ke kaisy decisions liye hain inhon ne pehle? So when I opened wikipedia, i found this...

But then I again say, tht I dont know, if Wikipedia can be entirely trusted? . In Yusuf Raza Gilani's contempt of court case, though.... Justice Khosa wrote the poem Pity the Nation, with some of his own modifications..which became quite famous..i think, in military courts verdict, i think, he was one of those, who dissented, but I am not sure...
I am myself confused .... I still want and hope of 4-1.... But i think, the most probable decision is..a commission, and most probably SC asking PM to step down till inquiry is done...but i still hope, tht they give verdict /declaration regd 62/63 too...

Even if Justice Khosa goes by the book, there is no chance of PMs survival. I am so confident on PMs disqualification (sooner or later) that law books and technicalities can't save him.

When this case started, I thought that shareef family might bring fake money trail from middle east/ UK. I am sure no country has the laws to retain transaction level record for more than 10 years. Had they submitted the fake records, the banks in UK or GCC would have responded that they couldn't verify the transactions. Then the case would have gone into an entirely different direction.

Right now, it is extremely difficult for shareef family (if not impossible) to get away in this case. Not a single bank record has been provided, ownership transfer documentation of the companies hasn't been provided, rent payment records haven't been provided. And then there is so much against them. For example, Maryam's ownership as indicated by Mossack Fonseca to a regulator, hudaibiya case decree, confessional statement of Ishaq Dar etc etc.

Remember once Mr. Justice Khosa said that merely challenging the documents provided by petitioner is not enough, they will have to bring some evidences to counter the documents provided by PTI, otherwise PTI documents will be accepted.

Now see what happened, for everything, they have provided Qatari Letters, 1 and 2. If they accept these letters as evidence in the court of law, then as Aitzaz Ahsan says that the foundations of Pakistani law will be destroyed. This bench is not a commission consisting of retired judges, it is a SC commission of on duty judges and every word of it will be written in the books and referred to in similar cases in future.

I am hoping 5-0, as in my opinion, even Advocate Aijaz Afzal can't help shareef family. The only thing the bench can do is to refer the case to a commission or a commissioner.
