@PakSword @Farah Sohail guessing who could be dissenting judge...
About RKlasra, it is anybody's guess. How can anyone be sure except judges?
We should be thankful to those who have made educated guess based on their experiences in court like RK.
I think Rk has made the guess like if not unanimously then 4-1 based on Justice Ejaz Ahsan order of 20th April and some subsequent comments.
However the guess work also takes into account his negative comments about Defendants during implementation bench hearings that are contrary to his doubts written in 20th April order so he may yet find them DQ after all.
Read the 20th April Order, open pdf, pay homage to Justice Khosa (i say durood to the Holy Prophet for his findings)...move on to page 221 to 238. Read the whole order by Justice Afzal. Note point no 17:

There are relevant laws quoted in between skipped pages...

He talks about right to fair trial above.
Then continues next that we cannot make a Hodge podge of Constitution...and talks about cross examination having benefits safeguards ...this part below creates the grounds for laymen like me that there may still be a dissenting note.

Then we read on after this page 232-235, the honourable judge continues his findings against giving order on 62/63.
The honourable judge himself says that institutions like NAB have failed to act so we order that a JIT be made to investigate further...
This part makes things confusing, one think that he is proposing JIT instead of trial court for deciding 62/63 or JIT to see if case can be sent to trial court as the last part of his order says:

Read on, specially point no 25...and so good luck guessing.
If we go by his first part of findings in his 20th April order then he may dissent this time too but the later part of order and his comments after jit report suggest otherwise.
Let me tell you my two cents, The Hodge podge argument in his order alone made the other two go in favour of JIT otherwise and at least, Justice Ijaz ulAhsan would have also dq NS.
Plz read the other two Jit favouring orders too. Say a prayer for Justice Khosa and Gulzar, then do the same for the other three, in sha Allah Subhan Taala.
Sorry for the long post...I tried best to keep it short but still too long.
