Associating with someone is one thing but keeping silent on their day light robberies, selfishness, and systematic enslaving of common people of their country is highly condemn-able, and if that support comes in way of silence from educated quarters its pitiful.



I think every step should be taken that doesn't let them (politicians) join hands together (which they are trying) ....... I want them to destroy each other and this case is the key to it ...... you think this would stop here?

The only way to get rid of this curse is make them wipe each other out ......... I want Pakistan where any competent, honest, hard working Pakistani should have no problem reaching at the top .... and not end up with a Benazir income support program card in his hand or a neeli peeli taxi to drive.

Well i agree with the latter part 200% however, for the first part I would say let the case be decided against nawaz sharif because that is when the justice is done. At the same time all the corrupt generals past and present should be tried because these corrupt generals are the reason for Pakistan's problem.

It is the test of an institution not NS or his family ........ we all know very well who is who and what is what. It is not that difficult to understand. They don't live the consequences of their actions we normal common Pakistanis do.

اسلام آباد: شریف خاندان نے پاناما کیس کی تحقیقات کرنے والی جےآئی ٹی کی رپورٹ پر اپنے اعتراضات سپریم کورٹ میں جمع کرادیئے ہیں۔

ایکسپریس نیوز کے مطابق پاناما عملدرآمد کیس کی سماعت سے قبل شریف خاندان نے جے آئی ٹی رپورٹ پر اپنے اعتراضات جمع کرادیئے۔ جس میں شریف خاندان نے موقف اختیار کیا ہے کہ سپریم کورٹ نے جے آئی ٹی سے 13سوالوں کے جوابات مانگے تھے لیکن جے آئی ٹی نے ہرمعاملے پر حتمی رائے قائم کی، جے آئی ٹی نے ایسا کرکے اپنے مینڈیٹ سے تجاوز کیا۔

شریف خاندان کی جانب سے موقف اختیار کیا گیا ہے کہ جےآئی ٹی جانبدار تھی اور اس نے قانونی تقاضوں کو پورا نہیں کیا۔ اس لیے جے آئی ٹی رپورٹ کو مسترد کرتے ہیں۔ عدالت عظمیٰ سے استدعا ہے کہ ہماری درخواست منظور کرتے ہوئے رپورٹ کو مستردکیا جائے۔




واضح رہے کہ جے آئی ٹی نے گزشتہ ہفتے اپنی رپورٹ سپریم کورٹ میں پیش کی تھی۔ 10 جلدوں پر مشتمل اس رپورٹ میں نواز شریف سمیت شریف خاندان پر کئی الزامات اور اس سے متعلق شواہد سامنے لائے گئے ہیں۔

judiciary has got a real chance to make a name in this country but i dont think anyone in this country has the spine to do what's needed. the whole nation saw the result of dawn leaks. the chances of SC taking tough decision against NS are very less. most likely the judges will succumb to pressure and get rich at the end. the remarks of one of the judges are very much in favor of NS. this is the last chnace for pakistanis to mend their ways and after that RIP pak.

Writing this just to mention a few points:

1. DO NOT expect a decision to come today
2. It will take a few more hearings. This is how justice works.

About that feeling of disappointment, please understand that this is a HUGE case, one that is going to determine the future of the country. The outcome will decide whether we get on the right track for a corruption free progressive Pakistan or we keep being ruled by a band of thugs and loots! Court will make sure that all legal procedure is followed and all the right boxes are checked. People were disappointed that the court was asking wrong questions, not just tough but wrong as well from the PTI lawyers Naeem Bukhari (NB). What we need to understand that in the court hearing the court will question both sides, they will grill both sides. No matter how clear and transparent the evidence look to us, they cannot just base a decision on the emotions of public but will listen to both sides before finalizing a decision. This is what they were doing when they supposedly grilled PTI lawyer. WE should not and cannot expect them to pamper one side in this case. The JIT report have already been called an “Imran Nama” PMLN, we do not want them to go out and start bashing the highest court of the land as well. We know our people, there are many who will still fall for it.

So what happened today was all part of the process. This is an open shut case now and PMLN have not been able to raise a single valid argument against JIT workings today. I think that the case will be decided in two to three hearings. Expect more bashing of PTI as well and do not lose hope based on that. As far as my limited knowledge on this matter concerns, this is normal court proceedings. Sakhti sa he baat krna the Judge na PTI walon sa, no one should have expected them to pamper PTI.

Furthermore, PMLN will use today proceedings to claim a mini victory, well, let them, these are the same people who were distributing sweets among themselves and celebrating when JIT was formed, we all know what happened 60 days later. Allah khair kray ga InshAllah.

Why is Justice Izaj saying that "Hum per lazim nahi kah hum JIT ki findings ko tasleem kerin" What kind of remark is this? Why was JIT formed to being with if their findings were not to be accepted and than question arises who's findings will the court accept? This remark does not make sense to me.
