Justice Khosa aur Gulzar hi sirf disqualification par yaqeen rakhtay hain..

Theek hai SECP chairman ko disqualify nahi karsaktay thay..lekin powers tu le saktay thay...like Justice Khosa did with NAB chairman.. Unhon ne NAB chairman ko dismiss nahi kiya tha..but stopped him from exercising any powers..meaning suspended him..in other words

Seriously! So far so disappointing! It's a bench of the most superior court in Pakistan, how can they be so rookie. Advocate guy keeps on harping LAW again and over again, now look at him.

Us waqt wohi zuroori tha...woh sharif family ke against cases main negligence ka issue tha.. Lekin yahan tu SECP chairman ke against official record main tampering sabit hochuki hai.. Is se tu pehli fursat main ...powers le leni chahye thee ..as SECP chairman
