@muhammadhafeezmalik What about the exact stamp placement and signature on two different pages of the same document and marks of editing out the date??? that was not about font but copy pasting and physical forging that was also witnessed by prosecution witness and there was no refutation by defense either, lol....

NAO 1999 "9A - (V)" and "9 A-(xii) STATES:
9 (A) A holder of a public office, or any other person, is said to commit or to have committed the offence of corruption and corrupt practices-
(v) if he or any of his dependents or benamidar owns, possesses, or has 4[acquired] right or title in any 5[“assets or holds irrevocable power of attorney in respect of any assets] or
(xii) if he aids, assists, abets, attempts or acts in conspiracy with a person or a holder of public office accused of an offence as provided in clauses (i) to (xi).]; and

The expert said he was not font developer or software developer yet he had the access to the font. Microsoft has released the beta version of the fonts. The "expert" suggested that the ink test should be done to determine the exact date of typing the trust deed which never done by the JIT or NAB.

NAB too, NAB too... It was NAB prosecutor who agreed to hear Suspension appeal first instead of actual appeal in IHC.

The detailed judgement points to the fact that the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) was unable to prove the corruption charges, saying: "The petitioners were alleged to have acquired Avenfield Apartments by corrupt, dishonest or illegal means." Yet, the accountability court in its judgment held that "Prosecution have not brought evidence in respect of [section9(a)(iv) NAO, 1999][4]. So the accused are acquitted under that section of law”.
"The bureau, in its wisdom, has not challenged the said acquittal," observes the IHC.
"There is yet another important question which has been raised by the learned counsel for Nawaz Sharif to the effect that there has been no determination of the value of the Avenfield Apartments at the time when they were alleged to have been acquired," reads the judgement, adding: "There is no mention of this aspect in the judgment."
The bench notes that when the judges asked the bureau regarding the value, they stated "values could be obtained through 'Google'".

No body downloads beta version of font, what for??? LOL...
What about the copy pasted Stamp and signature on the same exact space on two different pages... The copy pasted page also had missing staple marks, lol....How amazingly open forgery example is that , lol...
Yet only PMLN goons can find it authentic is clear as to why, lol...
First they download a font that is in beta testing and requires over 3 GB data download and that too in 2006, lol... The same font is set as default font when the final product is actullay released year later, lol....and we are to believe that a solicitor firm downloaded and used Beta FONT that nobody knew existed but he designer and developer.... lol...

The font was set as a default font after voting from the font's users. The font got best font award in 2005. There were four other fonts which were released with this font.

The Calibre font is not even funny how PMLN goons tried to change the dates of releases in WIKIPEDIA who had to freez the page to avoid such blatant manipulation of facts by average PMLN mediocrity as is on display here...

In July last year, Radley had revealed that the type font used in trust deeds of two companies, Nescoll and Nielson Limited, and Coomber Incorporation — that were submitted to a probe team that was investigating the Panama Papers case by Maryam — was Calibri, which was not commercially available before Jan 31, 2007, and, therefore, the documents which bore a date from 2006 appeared to have been actually prepared and signed on at a later date.
During the hearing today, Radley told Nawaz's counsel Khawaja Haris that he had received the copies of the trust deeds and other documents for a forensic examination near the end of June 2017.
According to Radley, it was evident that the copies of both declarations that he had been sent had been taken apart and bound again. He added that page numbers and dates had been changed in the documents as well.
Date modification has nothing to do with Calibre Font and is a proven forgery on its own...
The Calibre font debacle is an entirely separate obnoxious forgery mistake made by the criminals as was confirmed by The fonts designer who refuted all such bogus claims from PMLN that Maryam or her solicitor as beta testers ,lol, could have ever used Calibre before its commercial release...lol

All these observations were taken from photocopies of original trust deed. The original trust deed was never sent to Redlay. So this was not clear who forged this letter. the staple marks proves nothing, our documents have many staple marks, they are not forged. The trust deed can be verified from the record of solicitor firm, which was never done by the JIT. That is why IHC judged that NAB could not produced even one evidence against Mariyum.

- Not even Khawaja Haris touched the matter of missing staple marks from pages of the deed submitted by Mryam Nawaz nor the date change, lol...Get it???What happens when you take out old staple binding the whole document and change a page and staple the whole document again???
- While the rest of the pages in the document have two staple marks, lol, the pages where the deeds are signed and dated have just one staple mark, lol... only possible if those pages were added later between the older pages, lol.... PROVES NOTHING ???
- Who else but Maryam is responsible for the forgery in her own submitted documents and that too also in dates, making 2004 into 2006...
- It is a fact that all solicitors observe holiday on Saturday and Sunday in England. Changing 2004 to 2006 meant that the date of attestation by solicitor falls on a Saturday after the change, lol...
- Lastly about Calibri beta font in 2005: Calibri Beta testers, after inhouse Microsoft Alpha version test stage, got hold of beta Calibri font in May 2006 whereas the document submitted by Maryam is dated February 2006, lol...
As was reported in press:
Robert Radley who is also a forensic expert mentioned while recording his statement a very important thing, which was apparently ignored by Nawaz’s counsel that the trust deed submitted by Maryam Nawaz in front of Supreme Court formed Joint Investigation Team (JIT) was ‘forged’ as the year when the deed was made seems to have been changed from 2004-to 2006.
Nawaz Sharif’s counsel Khawaja Harris was focused solely on cross examining the ‘Calibri Font’, whereas the alleged forgery pertaining to the trust deed of Sharifs offshore companies was not cross-examined and was left unchecked and unverified.
