Panama Case - Post Verdict Discussion and Updates

Part Three/3:

In the past, whenever steps were taken against them, there was always a lot of resistance like we see now...

The scenario may outwardly look bleak, like our historic failures to deal with it suggests but...there is hope, like never before, for some justice against the Sharifs, Musharrafs and Zardaris of our recent past.

The turn of events, along with chopping at their own legs repeatedly, has entangled one of the most corrupt families in our recent history and that too both locally and internationally.

Their predicament and acts of clumsy struggle to come to grips with their panic has estranged them from their own strengthened system and corrupt political allies of the past...Like never before seen in the recent decades of our country, Makafat-e-Amal seems to be at play here... AlhamduliAllah!!!

Even if they survive somehow, they will become a symbol of shame and ridicule along with their collaborators, supporters and followers if they also don't repent in the face of the clear writing on the wall.

So good luck to anyone looking to lend them a helping hand and be remembered in history for siding with the Enemies within, not just due to MakafateAmal but because they always bite back the very hands that help them.(e.g. Establishment of the past and now SCP giving another chance to Sharifs to prove innocence in trial courts and recently, not taking up contempt of court proceedings)

As is always the case, those who are fighting the status quo of this corruption and it's patronage from the top...

...of promoting injustice and incitement against state institutions, collusion with enemies for personal profit and family /business interests undermining national interests and over everything else but their family...

...the ones fighting the above and siding with state institutions are the ones who are being maligned as conspirators and enemies of democracy and everything else under the Sun but...

...they are the real heroes of Pakistan.

**
(The usual excuse of those sobbing for injustice against the corrupt, the pseudo librals or libtards lot is to question: What is **National Interest? And go on to ridicule it as something unknown or shape shifting, lol, well, That's the nature of inhibited development and inherent brain squint. An itch they can't show or scratch in public, is their animosity with anything Islam or anti India i.e. Two nation theory and Kashmir Cause - other broad consensus **National Interests are Foreign Relations, CPEC, Anti-Terrorism, Water Resources, Stretegic & Nuclear Assets, promotion of Local Industry & Agriculture as well as Exports top the list. Sadly revamping justice and education system sits at the bottom.)

Just like you, I 've realized my mistake too just now...

Kyun kay according to the beloved Sharifs:

AlhamduliAllah!
Yeh jo bayroon-e-mulk maal pani rakkha hua hay, yeh hamara hay...aur tumhain iss say kia hay bhae!!!

If I could sum up the whole PMLN visionary ideology in one slogan it is this:
Mian day naray rding rdang rding rdang rding...

What a dream vision, what an ideology indeed.

A dream worth fighting for, a dream worth dying for, a dream that leads to a special heaven of its own...

... in Central London.

Count me in @El Sidd from now on, I'm with you too. Mian day naray rding rdang rding rdang rding...

Vast majority of People don't want to realize that all those with considerable state powers who crumble the financial and strategic stability of the country by first taking highest interest Loans by pledging state assets, like PTV building etc, and then looting from the loaned money are doing what else but actually strengthening our enemy's narrative of failed state and strategic interests against ours. And they do it just because it's good personal business and profit so it's no surprise that they have their dough stashed abroad but in need of Laundering and Amnesty due to the threat of FATF. Im sure, the timing of the two is just coincidental @volatile
Sir i believe finance is not your strength point so i wish you wouldn't have written what have your written above ,this is pure Naiveness on your part ,Taking high interest loans by pledging PTV and Radio building .

Now coming to the point of finance the perception kills in today world ,what is Pakistan's perception , a state fighting within it self and all functions are fighting for power . Pakistan economic perception is of a failed state who invests in failed prospect ? and if someone is willing to invest we call them East India company ,World moves around finance and economics not around internet warriors ,Reason for India to take off is stability and no comments like these by any one on economic matters here everyone is expert ,You know when you call your treasury a cheat ,lie who will believe you and if some one if lends you he/she will make sure it will be on higher basis points, For pledging of building world is moving from collateral based banking to asset based even this is a standard US/European model ,If you need to discuss just for the sake please dont as this is happening every where infact 40 Bil US$ has been raised by KSA govt thru asset backed bonds

Man so are you a financial expert then ? From your statrments you are a banker probably and viewing his statement from pure transaction point of view ... A loan is beneficial only if it is being invested to get the profit and that can be use to repay the debt ... Had this asset based loan was being used on that particular asset tham your analysis would have been correct .... I n layman terms ... Had i get this loan for modernaization of ptv that can eventually result in increased profits of ptv and ptv can use those additional cashhflow to repay the debt tham your statement would have been correct but what we are doing is different ... We are taking loan for orange line which is in its planning is a loss making project and as security you are putting ptv and your airports on line means that eventually when we will not be able to pay then we have to give away our profitable institutes ...

In a financial planning of a corporate you invest only if you have an expected positive NPV and then you can give your personnal guarantees and other assets as security but if the project we are investing is with negative than sorry you have entered a visious circle as the invest is never going to settle the loan and as a result your previous profitabke asset has to be settelled to pay off the loan ...

Financial planning is not something out of the world what @Shane is saying is correct but the angle you are looking at is pure banker point of view but we are viewing it from a sustainability point if view

I can only sympathize with you as you are all confused and delusional due to the mess created by Nawaz himself and his right hand man Dar. You make an excuse for one side while exposing the other and both are the one and the same PMLN.
Thank God I'm not an economic expert like you and the lot you find yourself flaccidly defending.

Well, well, well, the dark force is strong with this one @The Accountant and thank you for explaining our selectively ignorant friend about how the assets pledged by Ishaq Dar against loans are a mockery of Economics.

@volatile You appear to be an intelligible person. What excuse do you have to defend your continued allegiance with this certified disgrace of a looting plundering lying and cheating carcass facing MakafateAmal? AlhamduLillah!!! or Hamaray hain!!! :enjoy:

here everyone is expert ,You know when you call your treasury a cheat ,lie who will believe you
Precisely my point dear...When sitting ministers have a history of fudging figures and getting fined billions for it, lol, but According to you, here is me calling my treasury a cheat:

Kitni baizzati kay baad ehsas-e-zian jaagay ga?

Kab tak apni ANAA ko poojtay raho gay?

Kab tak qoomi mufaad ko zaati pasand na passand, ya ANAA, ya baay Sharmi, ya Zatti Mufaad ki bhaint charhaya jai ga?

:pop:

All it takes is a tap on the avatars my dear. You claim to be 36 but your squint more than your query reflects your ability to comprehend the wider experience of your accost:

It's not about corruption free Pakistan, that's impossible and the usual practice of your kind to refer and mislead. It's about culling its patronage from the top...Never mind my school of thought But it's advisable to learn to do some research and keep a dictionary handy before launching replies with obnoxious queries and commenting on expertise, all the while revealing your own slip for the bemusement of readers here.
