Interesting fact about Panama Case hearing in Ahtesaab Adalat... Judge is very smart and playing his side of the game very smartly till now. After 3 months, he is completely favoring Nawaz Sharif especially Maryam Nawaz. Accept 4 applications/bails and reject 1 just to ensure that the public and judicary will not blame or critisize him. From Bailable warrants of Hassan and Hussain to ECL, he the judge continously soft on Convicted criminals. Never order Govt to put name of respondents in ECL. Silently removed all the strong evidences against Maryam Nawaz from forgery to calibr font. Never show any neutrality in this case rather playing with Sharif — delaying tactics.

One thing is for sure now. Sharifs are not coming back any time soon as they most likely won't decide on chopping their legs off at this point.

Their cases will not go ahead in absentia as the SC has said in some verdict that it is unconstitutional to prosecute in absentia.

This means that cases have, after all, ended up in a DARK ALLEY as the judges wrote in Panama decision that they won't let that happen, yet this is exactly what is happening.

Post of Sep 20th - basically in response to respected member @Shane - I think, situation of Nawaz has worsened from that point as evident from first change in declaration to seek "blessings" of three western Govt's by Zahid Hamid, Pervez Rashid, Maryam Aurangzeb, and Asim Kirmani - Status: Backfired!

Antidote to above backfire: Go ultra Bralevi appeasement and fire on minorities to again appease two Govt's by MNA on Wazeefa - Status: Backfired!

Antidote to above backfire: Go ultra Deobandi appeasement and discredit above howling of MNA on Mahana Wazeefa - Status: Total Confusion re which stance to stick for optics as well politics



This strategy of creating economic chaos is still on; as it was always part; as Dar-Economics is based on his own strategy for House of Sharif's - Obtain Loans to Service Loans and then come into power and get it written off; the issue is Dar did not know that he was only dreaming when he was Chief of IMF - he can't write off in real life; but in khawab (dreams) he may write off Pakistan's debt.

I abhor $harifs no end but love Zahid Hamid, Parvez Rasheed and Dr Kirmani the most amongst all his advisers for their roles and specific suggestions (not sharing boring details re what particular advices resulted in this debacle) which resulted in whirlwind downfall of Nawaz in particular; and Maryam’s future prospects in general and PML’s future by and large.

They have literally grabbed him (and party) and pushed him (it) over the cliff.

Soon a lot of eggs on the faces of top PMLN leadership episodes (e.g., when newly elected President of PMLN would have to step down again) are coming up. As I said before, just have a big pop corn bag, a comfy chair and watch unfolding of PMLN; giving way to it’s slightly better versions!

What has happened in Panama Case and Panama JIT was once - only ONCE in 70 damn years that somebody went against the tide - rest is always with the tide ..... so by any measure of statistics and logic Mohammad Bashir is norm and other things were abnormalities.

Legal woes for Sharifs haven’t started as yet. Party is yet to start - and Nawaz absolutely knows what’s coming next!

Many other lethal ones (three that I know of) are coming- plus he derives whatever power he showcases from his political standing - he won’t be able to wield that in coming days - he is on slow self poisoning mode also - neither him or Maryam nor any Sharif will have any political future as I stated in above quoted post of Sept.

Bilkul sahih! Iss qaum ko imandar banana hoga danday kay zor pay. Yeh qoom apnay prime time media samait corruption kay Jadoi trans maen haay...kisi na kisi ko behind the scenes kuch mazeed management karni paray gi Allah Subhan Taala kay wastay aur iss mulk ki behtari kay leye...behind the scenes!!! The way Nawaz Sharif, Maryam and their other PMLN stooges keep ridiculing the highest judiciary of the country has weakened the strength of state's most important pillar to save their own personal interests. The country, its people and institutions can go to hell if it means that they can save themselves, so be it. This is the whole approach.

These people have no respect for the law or due process but make every effort to save their way of life on life support of ill gotten wealth. They want an Army chief that supports corruption. They want a judiciary that supports corruption. They are flabbergasted that the system of corruption built over more than 30 years of rule is in danger of comming down and they are the first ones to go.

It was all great and dandy while Zardari was the target but now that they are in tge cross hair, they are willing to destroy the very system unable to protect the Sharifs.

They keep doing every effort on war footing to dismantle and try to stop any efforts to construct a path towards accountability for all because they know what it means if they let this path be chosen, they are all doomed.

So we see that confusion is strife among the corrupt in every party and institution, be it politicians, bureaucrats, judiciary or civil or military institutions. Everyone corrupt is trying to find a way out for Nawaz & co simply because its a matter of their own survival. Some want justice to be done to the sharifs but not beyond because that will mean that soon their turn will come too. So we see a confused approach from the echelons of power in every aspact.

We find people questioning the judiciary and talk of establishments hand in the ouster of Nawaz but where is any shred of evidence that a SITTING GOVERNMENT can easily acquire if such was the case using civil agencies but not a single piece of evidence in more than a years judicial proceedings except Ahmed Noorani's wet dreams and Maryams media cell fantasies along with keyboard warrior conspiracy theories based on what Nawaz himself used to do in the past.

Already our media and Corrupt tola is set out to accuse military for an invisible forward block...while our accountability court gets away with as much collusion as possible with the accused. Isn't it about time to raise the stakes against those who have been threatening to do it. Isn't it time already, Time to kill off the Jungle's rule by some subtle moves and restore actual rule of law and constitution by the beginning of 2018, in sha Allah.
