I am waiting for 2 things...

1) i want to know..which judges will be included in JIT monitoring bench? If Justice Qazi Faiz Isa is there..then i will think tht SC means business.. Because just like Justice Khosa and Gulzar, Justice Qazi Fais Isa is a very honorable judge..who always challenges ppl at the top...

2) i want to know..whether JIT..after completing its work..will come before the same panama bench or not? Justice Wajihuddin says tht it will come before this same bench..however mostly ppl think otherwise.....so this is very important

If report of JIT comes before the same panama bench..tht has heard the panama case till now..then I will still have some hope because we know tht Justice Khosa and Justice Gulzar will noot let Nawaz Sharif get away so easily.. Justice Khosa even said in his judgment tht this court ( referiring to minority decision) will not give PM a field play... So in tht case..only one more judge will have to be convinced

However i think there are very low chances of this happeneing tht JIT will come to this same bench..because 2 judges have already ordered for his disqualification , and have given their verdict on this case.. So what further will they decide? Also, their opinion is publicly known now..which is very strong and harsh one against the PM.. So unless and until, its a legal requirement..and not only based on precedents...i think Justice Khosa and Justice Gulzar will themselves want to be excused from hearing this case any further

The Army's senior command resolved at a Corps Commanders' Conference at General Headquarters on Monday that the military would play its 'due role' as part of the Supreme Court-ordered Joint Investigation Team (JIT) which will probe Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and his family's business dealings abroad.

Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) in a statement said the forum had discussed the apex court's Panamagate verdict with special reference to the JIT.

"The forum pledged that the institution, through its members in the JIT, shall play its due role in a legal and transparent manner, fulfilling [the] confidence reposed [in the military] by the apex court," the ISPR said.

The JIT is to include officials from the National Accountability Bureau, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), the State Bank of Pakistan, Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) and Military Intelligence (MI), and will be led by an assistant director general level officer from the FIA, according to the SC order.

Justice Asif Saeed Khosa, one of the judges with a dissenting opinion in the 2:3 split verdict of the case, had said in the detailed judgement that the apex court had to entertain the case "in the backdrop of an unfortunate refusal/failure on the part of all the relevant institutions in the country, like the NAB, the FIA, the SBP, the Federal Board of Revenue, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, and the National Assembly speaker to inquire into or investigate the matter."

It has been commented that the ISI and the MI have been included in the JIT to allay these concerns.

I agree to whatever has been written by the honorable member @Farah Sohail , but want to add a couple of more questions:

1) Why JIT?
2) What's the answer of first question?

Mujhay maloom hai.. agar aisa hojaey tou aisi aisi properties aur transaction nikal kar ayengi ke bass.

Sirf Mask pehen ke bethna hai.. aik lafz nahi kehna.. doosron ko sawal karne ka moqa dena hai bass khud khamoshi..

Waisy...even i think JIT is useless and serves no purpose... But still if those two things happen..that i mentioned...then maybe we can still hope..

But on tht second point, on JIT report coming before the same bench..i am not at all hopeful... I think there are extremely low chances of tht...since Justice Khosa and Justice Gulzar's opinion is publicly known now..which is very harsh against PM and his family..so i think they will not want to be part of this case anymore..for concerns of judicial neutrality

Agar MCB ki brances hoteen tou yahan ke SBP aur branches se mil ke kuchh na kuchh banaya jasakta tha..

Lekin London, KSA aur Qatar ke clearing houses ka kia hota..

Clearing houses aisay hi mazay se kuchh nahi banatay.. unki apni international reputation stake pe hoti hai..

At most what these countries can do, that they don't keep transaction level records beyond certain years aur NS ko benefit of the doubt mil jaey.. iss se ziada kuchh nahi..

Middle East ka clearing house I think Oman main hai, jo ke saaray GCC ki transactions ko dekhta hai.. har mulk ka alag alag regional clearing house bhi hai.. not possible..

Aur abb tou money trail de bhi nahi saktay.. inn ulluon ne SC main submit kia hai ke transactions cash main huee theen.. jis pe judges ne bhi haath ke isharay se cash ki gaddi ke size ka andaza lagaya tha.. abb yeh agar TT ki detail ladain tou phir tou gaey kaam se..
