Wrong.. 2 judges have decided.. 1 is remaining.. even if JIT doesn't complete it's work and one of the three judges decides to go for disqualification based on the evidence at hand, NS will be considered disqualified.

I have discussed with someone.. he says that even now, one judge can change his mind, if required.

It was a part verdict.. 2 have already made up their mind, three have started JI.. JI is even more lethal as the 2 judges stopped on disqualification, investigation may reveal crime of money laundering as well.. which will result in additional criminal cases against Shareef Family.

So it means..ke jo JIT ko monitor karrahay honge..unhi ke pass JIT ki reports aayeingi..aur uski basis par hi woh judge decide karein ge... Yehi main karrahi hun..ke JIT monitoring bench main jo honge..woh decide karein ge..

Ziada se ziada yeh hosakta hai ke JIT monitoring bench main panama bench ke bhi kuch judges hon... Pakora judge tu shayad nahi honge...because probably he is going on leave.. Justice Khosa aur Gulzar bhi nahi honge..

I think advocate aur justice ijazul Ahsan hosaktay hain..JIT monitoring bench main...aur unke ilaawa koi aur judge bhi.. Phir JIT. Ki periodical reports ki basis par woh kisi bhi waqt disqualification ka decide karsaktay hain

Regd those two judges.. They have also not stopped on disqualification only..they have gone a step ahead... unhon ne tu JIT se pehle hi NAB ko keh diya hai ke criminal investigations aur prosecution start karein..aur FIA aur NAB ke pass jo pehlay hi evidence hain, woh bhi use karein aur Chairman NAB apni powers use na karein, in cases against PM.. Jo kaam JIT ke baad..ye teen judges karein ge ke NAB main criminal cases bhejein....woh baqi do judges ne JIT se pehle hi NAB ko karnay ko keh diya hai.

My opinion is that monitoring bench will only monitor the JIT based on the TORs already given to them. It won't decide on the disqualification.

Once they collect the relevant evidence, they will provide it to the remaining three judges.

If Shareef family doesn't provide any new (or unverified/ irrelevant) evidence, they will inform the three judges that they couldn't get anything and you can decide based on whatever evidence at hand.

If anytime, one of the three judges decides that it is a useless exercise and Shareef family is not cooperating with monitoring bench, he may call it a day. loll..

If anytime, monitoring bench catches shareef's forging any documents, one judge can disqualify and refer the case for criminal investigation.

Unhon ne verdict main monitoring bench ke specific TORs..aur details ka zikr nahi kiya tha....maybe because ye cheezein tu operative part main hoti hain..details... Aur unki judgment tu operatve judgment ka part nahi thee..
