Pakistan's trade can rise eightfold: World Bank report

You claimed "ALL" ways to these (South Asian) nations(except BD and Srilanka) go through India and Pakistan can't bypass it.
Following is what you said,

And I replied,

So I proved you that Pakistan can surely bypass india to reach Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives and Afghanistan.

Well I'm not too dumb to think that Pakistan can't bypass India to access Nepal or Bhutan. My bad I just missed the word "all easy economic ways" even though it was in my mind while typing that comment. :-):-):-)

No need to trade with india or any other so called "south Asian nations". We need to strengthen our economic activity and connetion with China and the nations West of us. That's when our economy will really take off substantially. CPEC will be the catalyst for this.

Indeed. :lol::lol::lol:

.
  1. You don't need to bypass us for Afghanistan.
  2. He just said that it will make transportation very expensive if you bypass India.

You seem to have serious comprehension problems. Read again he claimed all ways to "these" i.e. South Asian countries(except BD and Srilanka) goes through India and Pakistan can't bypass India. Which means he was under impression that Pakistan needs Indian land or sea to reach Afghanistan, Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives.

Still this make sense only with Nepal and Bhutan. South Asia also consist of Afghanistan and Maldives.

Civilization. Balls. Take your pick. What does India have to offer that we can't get from China?

Dalits unlimited?

Civilization? LMAO? like what? blashphemy laws? Their is so much civilization in pak, bollywood is smuggled in and pirated thro' satellite

Balls? to be what be a bunch of terrorist thugs? doesn't take much balls for that.

stopping drone attacks by a foreign power on a regular basis? got the balls for that? got the balls to defend half your country?

On paper only, Pakistani goods are held at Indian borders (unofficial, official policy of Indian customs) for extra long times, adding millions to the cost, you call that MFN.

I am more than happy to discus this with any adult will not discus with 2 year old.

Yup. good move by india. no reason to make it easy for pak when they haven't reciprocated with MFN as per WTO requirement

Wrong, access to Nepal Bhutan via China, Sri Lanka Maldives by sea and Afghanistan by Pak afghan border. :D

Nepal and bhutan via the mountains? good luck with that.

Sri lanka? they are in worse debt situation than Pak and have industry to speak off.

Well okay, though these countries aren't going to affect your trade volume anyway.

Substantial economies in Indian Subcontinent are India, Pakistan, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka. Others' trade won't even cross a billion.

.
Yeah we all know that. But certain things are left untouched instead of destruction by greed.

OK. But Minus India your trade with rest of all South Asia combined will still be negative for your economy. Pakistan can't even reduce the trade deficit with India anytime soon, let alone China. So if you want to progress economically (at the current situation) you need to trade with everyone available and ironically India is one of the best options you have next door. And your current P.M and COAS have good understanding about it. The fact that they have been talking about bilateral talks a lot latest. :-):-):-)

Both sides? The stubborn dogmatic nature of indians can't be changed.

Indians may be stubborn and dogmatic, bur Pakistanis are no less so in my opinion, and my statement that it will take both sides to reduce tensions remains correct.

I hope it will happen some day..

I hope so too. But it will take time and some basic changes, either voluntary or forced, by one or both sides.

I bought this from dubai and it cost me too much
We need to resolve issues with India
Let kishmiri people decide their fate
If Berlin wall can be removed then why cant we trade with each other

I'm all for trade but not at cost of Indian terrorism in Pakistan or Indian massacre of Kashmiris. I've read somewhere that France and Germany used to have even nasty wars against each other I believe over the land that today is called Belgium, they resolved their disputes by backing off and creating Belgium. Pakistan and India can also follow that and create an independent Kashmir instead of having egos, especially indian side.

True.

Read my above post.

Did you even read the context? Or just jumped into full bharti troll mode.

The problem is that we aren't France & Germany but Ukraine & Russia. Our narratives will always contradict each others' narrative. They fought for ego, we fought for identity. Pakistan for legtimizing the new identity and India for reviving older one.
Indian Nationalists don't hate Pakistan but they hate India's partition, its causes & its results. Every other hate is secondry.

Similarly, Pakistanis have their own narratives. Second, circumstances are much different with France & Germany.
True.

Read my above post.
As told before, India alone forms 80% economy of South Asia (and I'm not throwing any nationalistic ego here). So, trade isn't going to change much in anyway without India. South Asia doesn't qualify to be a region. It's outskirts of just one substantial country.
If you just wanna avoid India, trading in Southern Asia doesn't make any sense either. Expand network to Oceania & Africa. That'd be better.

Indian Ego ?? Really ???

But show me anyone responsible (Parliamentarian/Senator or Military leader) from Pakistan who is all for an Independent Kashmir Nation ????

Will you be ready for giving away GB and Azad Kashmir for that purpose ???

I guess never. Just here the consistent stand on this issue from your Ex-PM himself below.

Especially from 1:20.

Regarding trade, it's always Pakistan's wish what is best in their interest. Our Business and revenue hardly affects if we have or don't have any trade with Pakistan. So for us it's just a non issue. :-):-):-)
