Pakistani tactical nukes are those layered devices using thermonuclear stages for drawing blast yield and are very clean with very little nuclear fallout.
Residual radiation is well within tolerance limits of humans

I watched the complete 10 minute clip.

1. Pakistan has every right to defend itself against any aggression. No one can take this right away
2. India's wish to coerce Pakistan into submission and letting go its legal claim on Kashmir. Its not going to happen. Your forefathers agreed to a deal, which resulted in creation of India as well as Pakistan. You invaded Hyderabad, Junagarh and Kashmir. We forfeited but will not do it over Kashmir again.
3. You pushed us in wars. Used proxy war to destabilize and separate half of our country. Using the same tactics now in various parts of our Country. You are hosting the terrorists, who murdered our kids and civilians. You were the first to bring nuclear weapons in South Asia. You black mailed us with nuclear threats. It will never happen again.
4. You are using water as a weapon against us. We will never let that happen and will ensure that you never have a peaceful sleep.
5. Our armed forces are capable enough to hold and defeat your army conventionally. We were able to penetrate our armored deep within your lands both in 65 and 71. We can do it again.
6. Our nuclear weapons are deterrence to make sure peace prevails in South Asia. It seems to work till now but if you want to take it to another level, so be it.
7. Instead of showing 5 steps of Apocalypse, why not you resolve the dispute as per the wishes of Kashmiris?
8. Stupid anchor apart from all usual blabbering against Pakistan, highlighted with great enthusiasm the threat of stealing NASR missile. Is it so easy? Even if someone put a missile in his pocket and take it away (as this anchor and guest were trying to imply), he would need a launcher to launch it. He would also need to arm it with a payload. He would also need to enter the coordinates, where the missile should go. He would also need to enter highly encrypted codes which activate a nuclear device. Without them the nuclear device could never go off. So there is no such dooms day scenario coming.
9. Last but not the least, your fantasy, that you will punish Pakistan and your forces would cross over and annihilate Pakistan Army and come back as heroes will never going to happen. Stop begging to USA for giving a chance, where USA would pressurize Pakistan to act like sleeping and let you do your strike and come back. It will never happen.
10. Stop using Afghan soil for terrorist activities against Pakistan. Your days there are numbered. Pack your thing and leave Afghanistan.
