Indeed they are, but we dont really have a choice of neutrility here. Iran is an important neighboring country but with GCCs we also have important military as well as economic interest. around 9 billion out of our 13 billion remittances came from GCC so far. Iran can hardly match the level of economic dependence we have on GCCs. Nutrility here will yield nothing as neither Iran nor GCC would be willing to back down. A fruitless effort in my openion. But even the neutrility will have its own costs. Arabs will think that we have betrayed them and Iran will think well we didn't help her the least. So being strictly neutral we will stand more to lose than gain anything significant.

Pakistan made the right choice. Pakistan cannot afford to face an enemy Iran in the west and an enemy India in the east. Iran's sanction is lifted and is on the path of rapid rearming. India is also rapidly building up its military. Also, Pakistan cannot afford to jeapordize its relations with China over Yemen. Best for Pakistan to sit out this one.

They will suffer more if they kick out our labors as nobody works as hard as us. They have tried the Nepalese and everyone else. They need us to build all of their magnificent structures.

And, with Iran slowly getting its shit together, if Pakistan really stop backing the UAE, It will be left at the mercy of Iran. It is an island nation with nowhere to hide. We underestimate how much the military backing of Pakistan means for some GCC countries. Not only do they have external threats, they have internal threats as well in the shape of their suppressed minorities.

Why don't we just invade UAE and annex it as part of Greater Pakistan.

Pakistani parliament after multiple sessions over the last week has declared neutrality on Yemen. Affirmed support to territorial integrity of Saudi Arabia (official red line), calls for peace talks, offers to broker them with Turkey. Pakistan also asked Iran to withdraw support from Huthis, so did Turkey.

For the first time Pakistan is emerging like a mature state.

cant get better than this because Turkey shared the same view. although some commentators in Pakistan are lamenting that Pakistan handed over the charge to Turkey but I can live with that because our initiate may or may not work and specially the hostility of UAE is unprecedented whether UAE minister is speaking on behalf of his government or Riyadh is not clear but an over all neutral stance works well for us.
Arabs are extremely vindictive in nature and never forgive or forget for some unfounded reason they seem to be feeling betrayed and abandoned by Pakistan and Turkey.. we need to stand ground otherwise it will be the situation of the village masuli 10 slaps and 10 onions

In a befitting response to UAE’s Foreign Minister for State Anwar Gargash, Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has said that Pakistan had brotherly relations with the UAE, like Saudi Arabia, but the statement made by UAE’s minister was in contradiction with diplomatic norms. He said that the statement was unacceptable and equivalent to hurting Pakistanis’ self-respect.
