Pakistani Paper doesn't want Ahmadis to celebrate 14th August Pakistan Independence Day

Supreme Court has no authority to make or break laws.

Yes they do, just as they heard the challenge to the Military Courts. A law that is against the basic structure of the constitution can be rejected by the Supreme Court, and the laws against Ahmadis meet that requirement. The only thing needed are judges with the moral strength and courage to make that decision.

basic and equal rights means everyone has right to preach and practice own faith NOT to negate and violate or over turn the faith of others.

Then why do we have laws in the constitution negating and violating the faith of Qadianis?

qadyanis have no right to amend Islam. declaring them Muslims means you are forceing Muslims to go against their faith. qadyanis are a new faith so treat it as so

Qadianis are doing no such thing, it is Pakistan's constitution that is usurping their rights and dictating what someone should or should not believe.

because you cannot be a Muslim and a follower or a false prophet at the same time. either you are a Muslim who believes in finality of prophethood on Muhammad or you can be a qadyani

That is your right to believe in your personal life, it is not your right to force others to follow your beliefs by demeaning them through laws in the constitution.

Again, that is a theological argument - it has no place in the constitution and it is morally repugnant to use theology to derive people of their basic rights to practice their religion as they see fit.

Pakistan Independence celebrations in Toronto never took place in a Muslim Mosque why they should take place in a Qadiani temple. ? I will call Pakistani consulate in Toronto and protest. Looks like Qadiani cancer is spread among the diplomats posing as Muslims.We need another Zia to implement Ordinance XX more thoroughly in Pakistan

To bring about peace and harmony among different communities of Pakistan and to show the minorities that they are citizens of Pakistan unlike of course people like u dont even think of them as Pakistanis.
I have just one thing to say,As long as they conduct independence day celebrations in a PAKISTANI community's building,I will have no problem to whatever sect/religion that building/place of worship belongs.@Ehsan
