Constitution of pakistan is actually re inforcing own qadiyani belief, that any one who donot believe in their prophet is out of their religion..

There is no reason to name any sect as 'Islam/Muslim' in the constitution - does the Pakistani constitutuon specifically list which sect (Shia, Sunni, Barelvi, Wahabbi etc) is Muslim and which is not? Then why specifically target and discriminate against Ahmadis? I am not saying declare them Muslims, but we need to remove the declaration that they are not Muslim from the constitution because that is discriminatory and a violation of basic Islamic principles of not forcing our religious beliefs on others.

Qadyanis are Pakistanis and nobody can stop them from celebrating Pakistani Independence day.

There are religious nut cases both in India and Pakistan and in a LARGE number. Pakistan has its Sunni elements and India has a huge (and growing) number of Hindu extremists. Both are total nut jobs.

No citizen should be stopped or harassed or killed due to them being a part of a minority group. They are just as important of a citizen as someone from the majority. This religious craziness need to stop!!!

let me put it very simply..
i believe in jesus. i respect him as a prophet. but i am not a christian since i also believe in prophet mohammad (SAW).
now qadiyanis believe in another prophet after prophet mohammad (SAW). WHICH IS FINE BY ME. But they cannot claim to be muslims as i cannot claim to be a christian.

i am sory sunni, brelvi, shia is another issue. they differ but they all believe in same prophet. this is a different issue

i am also not jewish, although i also believe in mosses....

nothing stopping them from being good pakistanis, majority respect their religious choice. they should also learn to respect religious choice of majority

The Shia Ismaili Nizari (Agha Khanis) sect has moved furthest from the mainstream Islam but they have not declared their Hazar Imam Agha Khan as prophet and they remain Muslims. The Sunnis sects and Shia remain Muslims with the different theological interpretations. While the Qadiani cult has broken away by the Mirza Qadiani Kazzab when he declared himself a prophet and declared all Muslims that do not believe in him as Kaffirs.

for the bold part because shia,sunni, barelvi, wahabi etc etc believe in finality of prophethood of Muhammad (PBUH).

for changing constitution you need a certain majority vote which is not going to happen so better we need to list qadyanis as a separate faith and declare is as a new faith

That is a theological argument - the constitution of Pakistan is not the place for it. You lot who are obsessed with these useless distinctions can debate them till judgement day in Mosques, conferences and Madrassas, but leave the rest of us Pakistanis alone and don't pollute the Pakistani constitution and usurp the basic rights of different religious groups because of your intolerance and pettiness.

Why should it bother you if they call themselves Muslims ? And who gave you the authority to give certificates of being Muslim to people . Leave it to allah to decide who is Muslim and who is not

The laws declaring Qadianis as non-Muslim should be overturned in the Supreme Court because they are a violation of the basic structure of the constitution, from the perspective of basic and equal rights for all Pakistanis as well as from an Islamic perspective of 'no compulsion in religion'.

They are not Muslims but they are Pakistanis. Their leader Mirza Qadiani Kazzab declared himself a prophet and stated that all other Muslims that don't believe in him as Kaffirs. This caused riots in Pakistan since 1950s and especially in 1974. Finally in 1974 Pakistan's National Assembly fine tuned the defination of Muslim in the Pakistani constitution that states that Muslims believe in finality of Prophet Muhammad. That essentially declared Qadianis as non-Muslims since they believe in their latter-day prophet Mirza Qadiani Kazzab.

the news only object to official celebration of independence day at a qadyani worship place in canada. the religious newspaper is in fact objecting to Pakistani official level celebration at a religious place.

This is also amusing that any such celebration is being held at a worship place if that is not a community center .

they follow a false prophet as per perspective of Muslims hence for 100 per cent Islamic world they are not Muslims but a different faith tat has own prophet and may be they come up with new prophets
