It wasn't a sun, it was the first Bhutto, with so much noor on his face that it looked like the sun.

Hence forth, Bhutto zinda hai anytime you look at the sun.
You're not wrong.
Many people claim to have seen Bhutto's face in the moon.

He's technically not wrong to say that Andalusia (Islamic Spain which Muslims ruled for 800 years) gave Europe medical, mathematical and scientific knowledge as this is documented within history.

While Europeans were dying from the black plague and blaming Jews and lynching them, right across the border in Andalusia Muslims were thriving and weren't affected by the disease despite being in the same continent. Why? Because Muslims were practicing quarantine which Europeans only recently implemented in history (relative to the Muslims who knew of it since the time if Prophet Muhammad (SAW)).

@Itachi @Pan-Islamic-Pakistan @OsmanAli98

Why're you letting the illiterate masses, even the ones that do consider themselves "literate"....from bashing a person just because he has a beard and speaks the truth??

Going back to the topic, yes, you're very right. Christians in Al-Andalus used to take pride in learning Arabic and being able to translate volumes of books from Arabic to Latin (so that the Islamophobes could get some light in their heads).....heck, even the Church used to lament such behavior....today they're reading/writing in Arabic, tomorrow they'll become Muslims!

Nowadays, we have culturally conquered minds of Pakistanis who worship any and everything coming from the West...not knowing the history of the West...which you perfectly described too.

They also used to not bathe for long periods of time and to mask that stench is one of the many reasons why the French became pioneers of perfume when it reached the West! :D

Another reason why in Western marriages, the bride carries flowers & the groom has a flower in his pocket....to hide the stench...

This wasn't told to me by a Molvi/Mullah or whatever the current derogatory lingo Pakistanis use.....but from my female white professor in World History....here in the US.

Another reason why the soap making business boomed in Europe when a certain Muslim businessman (forgot his name...) moved to England.

If you really want to stretch the history of science then it starts with the ancient Greeks and Thales...A better definition of science would be the widely accepted age of Scientific Revolution which is from 16th to 17th century precisely from the experiments of galileo in 1589 till publication of Newton's Principia in 1687...and immediately after that came the Industrial Revolution which is from 18th to 19th century.......from 17th to 18th century the Enlightenment happened

And where did the Greeks learned all that they had learned???

From the Egyptians....who learned from the Babylonians & Sumerians...:D

Each civilization added it's bits and pieces before the Arabs and other Muslim scholars came and translated all that and more from Hindi, Chinese, Persian, Greek, Latin and countless other sources....

They preserved that knowledge while Europe and other let the paper rot...

The entire Scientific Revolution couldn't have been born without all that Europe learned through interactions with the Muslims. Many early Europeans even gave credit to Muslim scholars....obviously, now that the European scientific & cultural revolution is at its zenith....you'll barely hear such words of compassion coming from European minds, tongues &/or sources.

Many, like you, go directly from the Greeks to the Euros when explaining anything scientific, skipping the middle and the before.

Still European contribution to science is a thousand times more than all the other civilizations put together...Ever wondered why that is?

What stopped the Arabs from developing the combustion engine in the 7th century and launching a moon mission in the 8th?

I had this Device as well, Unfortunately, Aliens took it :(, Fortunately enough I was able to run away from aliens before probing started but i think this guy was the victim of that probing

.
Umm I think the new title is Islamophobic..I used as much secular title as possible to be lighthearted...since Vimana technology is laughed off all over the world since that infamous Ancient Aliens episode
Maybe in your reincarnation/rebirth
You can also become a Mullah....

Christians in the Middle Ages felt that taking showers or baths was a sin, and hence did not bathe frequently.

They also had other regressive ideas like females are unbelievers and distract from religion, and having relations with wives is immoral and should be limited.

Needless to say, Muslims seemed very different to them, and many found the healthy marital lives of Muslims and regular bathing, soap, shampoos, perfumes, dressing elegantly as obscene and vain.

Eventually they came to idolize Muslims and associate Muslims with high culture, Europeans then copied Islamic culture, civilization, architecture, and our scientific ideas.

Mullahs are a disgrace and dangerous. There needs to be strict control on all their activities.

Didn't they have saunas or at least hot springs in Scandanavia?

Those Europeans weren't the Europeans of today and those Muslims weren't the Muslims of today.
How does it profit Muslims to keep harking back to what they were a thousand years ago?
All it does is underline the failure of a people that had it all and lost it's way because of dogma and a lack of foresight and vision.
Rather than boasting, we should be crying tears of blood when we remember that era.

"A thousand times..." really??

Majority of Euros were hunter gatherers while Egyptians were building pyramids. Now look at the Euros and compare them to present day Egyptians...

Tis the cycle of time...it raises who it wishes, destroys who it wishes.

Making combustion engines & launching a moon mission have also stressed the environment.....the Industrial revolution and others have not been without heavy costs.

All humans have done after the scientific revolution is get ahead of others, pillage, loot and rape those without such knowledge....the same thing they did before the scientific revolution.

^this is where all "European contribution" comes from...it stands on the foundation, built by Egyptians, Indians, Sumerians, Chinese and many others....which was not only rediscovered but reinforced by the Arabs & Persian Muslims.....later given to Europeans. Now....the time isn't far off where it'll be given back to Asian nations(many contenders) who'll carry on the "revolution". :D

What stopped the Arabs from developing the combustion engine in the 7th century and launching a moon mission in the 8th?

Many internal & external factors...

1) The Mongols & the Expulsion of Muslims from Al-Andalus

2) Priority of certain aspects of religion over the overall way of doing things.

3) Decrease in scholars (religious & scientific) who further pushed the envelope

4) Every civilization has its rise and collapse...it was time to let go of the torch and let it be carried by a much more deserving people. :enjoy:

It's not boasting but a morale booster for people with actual minds.

If a culturally conquered mind, like most Pakistanis, looks at that video...all they see is a reflection of themselves...a backward cretin...who, no matter how much English and knowledge is pushed down its throat...will always remain a slave....

For people of wisdom, knowledge and perception, they take the good and they leave the bad. They learn, they adapt and they carry on their lives with hope......the hope that we'll and can go back to the good ole days.

Obviously, before we go back to the good ole days, we'll have to brainwash the brainwashed zombies who have many new age gods, from the culturally Indian ones, the economic Chinese and military US gods....many times a mixture. :D

You get to brag about past glories.

Everyone brags about past glories. Only self hating people hate their ancestors and start worshipping the colonizers. :enjoy:

This is a much more balanced view but 7th and 8th century there were no Mongols

but think about it...it is ridiculous to stretch the age of science before Copernicus...may be some proto-scientific stuffs were done...but sorry we didnot enter the scientific age
