Agreed, always stand up for your rights, but use right forum and channel, specially when abroad. Not the Ho Ha on social media at the cost of community reputation.

In this particular case, I think I will go with you. The guy says he is an Australian citizen so he does have recourse to Australian law. It's not that he is in his "wild-wild-east" native land where people often feel powerless and are forced to resort to seeking public reddressal.

Well, technically, embassy and consulate flying the flag of the represented nation is that sovereign nation's land.
So he is actually standing on Pakistani soil.

He has told in the video that he had some altercation with one of the employee at embassy. But he took the advantage of being an ambassador and being in power.

not agree you can not just post any thing without taking the other person point of view,as he said he did some thing with other person.but he apologies thats good,but why he feel shame in travelling on Pakistani passport, Pakistan and all other countries most of them hold passports for paper work.my passport was also went long, but question is why he not like to travel on Pakistan passport,he didnot mention why he need visa to enter in Pakistan,he just need cic and that it,austrailian and canadian gov can reissue passports in a single day,so he can just go to his 2nd home australian embassy and just replay ,but he not need visa he need cic and one have cic can entre in Pak without visa.totally a false story

This kind of desi police station culture is common in all Pakistani embassies in general. You enter in embassy, you are back in Pakistan. Same filthy tactics as in govt offices over all in Pakistan.

You would be shocked as to how many are just safarish idiots misusing their rights and the sad part is they have diplomatic immunity and get away....

I have had my fair share of embassy visits so believe me not everyone in any Pakistani embassy is doing work or knows what they are doing!

They however do know 2 things...Money is landing in their account pr mth as salary and plans on how to further loot people for more money....many call it under the table payments but to get such payments alot of junk is done! Something NO embassy on the planet except those from Asia or specifically sub continent do to the very people who contribute to their wages!

I usually get them to work for me (which is SUPPOSED to be the way) but even to get them moving a few strings need to be pulled for them to behave and treat someone without a position with some humanly respect!

I agree that the high commission does an ok job but they should be more organized.

Well I had a different experience....not from Pakistani embassy but a different situation in diplomatic area ...twice - once was being treated like a VIP coz of my work second was being treated like a VIP coz of my words

Well the guy is talking about Australia...not every guy is the same....And knowing another 2 Pakistani embassador's family personally....I wont be surprised if Australian guy really did face insults!

I prefer the Omani ambassadors and Saudi one (in country xyz)...both of who were family friends and they would take out the time to get to know their own people (and these are countries where they dont pay tax like in Pakistan which pays for these rich brats lifestyle) - I know the Saudi one actually has a celebration to welcome students on scholarship from his country - some from my course went so got to see what some embassies are doing for their people and then we have Pakistani embassies - whole new level....
