I don't think so bro . JF 17B is a dual seater version of JF 17 blk2.However, it can be later converted to blk3 standard. JF 17 BLK3 will probably include AESA , IRST , new engine and perhaps some reworking of structure and desim.

Sir , JF 17B is for fighter conversion and training of Pilots . It can also become a dedicated ground attack aircraft. JF 17B is ideal for Precision bombing.
