Nah.Beijing fled on the first signs of American discontent on funding the Iran gas pipeline .They would look to avoid locking horns with the United States as far as possible. I wouldn't think that is the relevant case here.

So this argument does not apply - even if they have secretly worked out a deal - its still illegal given that it is not passed by Parliament or Presidential ordinance (which has to be passed by parliament within three months as well).

Incorrect, the Wikileaks said Pakistan requested the use of drones in one or two incidents where they needed the use of drone surveillance. Wikileaks has never said Pakistan asked the US to bomb any part of Pakistan.

Drone attacks are not ISI activities. The overall mandate of the ISI is also approved by the federal government, which is approved by the Parliament.

Whenever ISI has acted beyond its mandate (an example is the missing persons case) it too had to be answerable to the Pakistani courts.

Why didn't you guys object then that the Pakistani courts are doing something wrong? At that time the Pakistani courts were your heroes when the ISI was being dragged through the mud, but now when they give a decision as per the letter of the law you guys don't like them?

As I started my entrance in this thread, these positions against Pakistan are utter nonsense.

Fine. Let's say the Pakistani courts passed the right judgement and sentenced the person for collaborating with another intelligence agency. But, what about the people who supposedly harboured OBM? That is not a crime against the state? When all the top officials have cried out hoarse that OBM was not there, finally he was found. What about the case and trial of people who were responsible for keeping him there? Or just dust that under the carpet?

The article is wrong, wikileaks only showed that there is indifference from Gilani according to Patterson but we never asked anyone to bomb Pakistan.

I'm saying on paper there is no agency working with the CIA. If any individual is, they deserve a treason trial.

But that doesn't prove that they sought a parliamentary approval for their operations.

And they got punished for it - there is a trial going on against them...

Peoples on the ground , in genrl already like the idea, even freedom fighting, groups like HAQANI are ready & happy , for this new upcomming, reginal united, alliance.

The results are actually coming along the way. There are 2 brothers from Peshawar who have been implicated as the people who were at the front of all his dealings. Bin Laden didn't talk to anyone.

The AC is dealing with a host of issues including why ISI wasn't able to catch him on their own, what was the action of our military during the Abottabad raid and how to punish the US for violating our sovereignty.

We are punishing both parties those who helped OBL and those who helped CIA.
