I posted this news a year ago on this forum but powerful Indian Lobby in this forum deleted my post and wrote it is not true. But after a year now both government of Turkey and Pakistan accounced /confirmed that both are making TF-X together..A big Shame for Indian Lobby/agents in " Defence.PK"".

The interview included other officials, one of whom was Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Air Vice Marshal Rizwan Riaz.To clarify, Turkey increased efforts to build a stealth fighter ever since ties with the US deteriorated because Turkey announced the purchase of the Russian S-400 missile system in 2020. The move resulted in the US expelling Turkey from the US F-35 stealth fighter project. As a result, Turkey vamped up efforts on its indigenous stealth fighter program, referred to as TF-X which initially began in 2011.According to details, Pakistan and Turkey will split the development of the jet. Turkey will lead the program. It will employ Pakistani engineers from the National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST), the country’s premier research institution.

Glad sane heads prevailed and PAF went into JV with a country which is ready to offer insight and learning experience
I also hope PAF should acquire j35 too once its ready(i had hoped we will get that instesd of j10 but anyway)

All true Pakistani must be loyal to their motherland they belong to for their birth, breeding, support, education, defence, development and training.

Newly-installed plant provided by Turkey under the Pakistan Ordinance Factories (POF) has started producing 9mm ammunition.
ISLAMABAD: The newly-installed plant under the Pakistan Ordinance Factories (POF) has started producing 9mm ammunition.
POF has also reduced the price of one round of 9mm ammunition by Rs10, fixing it at Rs80, to give customers full benefit of the new plant.
The plant’s machinery was imported from Turkey, and it currently has the capacity of producing 20 million rounds annually. Earlier, POF was using a slightly older plant with the capacity of producing 5 million rounds annually...

The most interesting point from the recent program at the CNN-TURK, where Prof. Dr. Ismail Demir, the Head of the Defense Industries Department, said the following sources regrading the engine of TF-X:
- F-16 engines for Block 0
- Indigenous engine under development at TEI, which has a long experience of working with GE as critical component manufacturers for all of its civil and military engines
- Kale-RR JV for a new 5th gen fighter engine
- 5th gen engine from an X source

Wow - a very wide set of munitions available!! The extended range/flight time and BVR missiles means - it can form a persistent CAP for peacetime missions near Pakistan's borders across the LOC and borders at a much much lower cost(due to the engines) than the fast fighter jets can on a per hour basiss.
I wonder if they are planning on developing a POD with a AESA based SAR radar for long range distance monitoring and small scale AEW&C duties ?
Turkey has really really taken the concept of UAVs and taken it to the NEXT LEVEL big time!

Will the TOT include the source code of the software aswell? Or just manufacturing of the structures etc ..
