One of the top 3 hurdles why IMF and several others refused loans in recent past was they didn't want Pakistan taking that loan and sending the money to China...if there was to be bad debts / write offs let China incur it was the stand. Hopefully some such assurance was obtained.

There is no negotiation team nothing nada, just do whatever IMF says this is what current govt is.

They will leave pakistan in worst situation than 2018. PTI should boycott the election seeing these situation.

Many here claim that allies would abandon Pakistan because of 'imported' government. In reality, Shahbaz's administration seems to have full support of partner countries. If and when all these deals come through, PDM would have managed to do the primary job of securing the economic stability before next election

Reserves fluctuate all the time. PKR has been recovering for the last few days after falling close to 210. When all these deals are realized, situation will be back to normal. Liquid reserves are also upto $14 billion now from a much lower position
