Why Indian have tendency to make normal things abnormal. When Pakistan conduct exercise near Indian area. India will also do the same thing. This is normal in military and widely practice in all over the world. So chill

Dalim was a Major in Pakistan Army at time of 1971,he was very close officer of Col:Attaul Ghani Usmani of Mukti Bahni.
He writes in his above book:
"Indian Army came with 0.5 million troops,Indian Army started shelling Pakistani Positions in Nov to assists Mukti's in infiltration.At the out break of war India deployed 0.5 million troops and 278 aircraft in Eastern Theater, 0.2 million Mukti's were acting as Spearhead.Number of Pakistani troops was 1 complete division with heavy weapons and other all units with small Arms,that put PA strength at 45000 regular.There were 55000 irregular which put there strength at 0.1 million."
Now please sir, enlight me on your above claim of strength.

is it then indian army general or pakistan army general who know about the strength of indian army in 1971?? mukthi bahinis don't have any idea about the strength of indian army there were not in commanding the indian army. may be they were told by indian army at that time that there is .6 million soldiers of indian army is there to support mukthis to boost the morale of the pro-independence force. at the time indian army enters east pakistan(officially) mukthi bahinsis were loosing the war.

Cold start will be used in multiple fronts which will include at least two or three seperate thrusts in Rajasthan alone.

is it then indian army general or pakistan army general who know about the strength of indian army in 1971?? mukthi bahinis don't have any idea about the strength of indian army there were not in commanding the indian army. may be they were told by indian army at that time that there is .6 million soldiers of indian army is there to support mukthis to boost the morale of the pro-independence force. at the time indian army enters east pakistan(officially) mukthi bahinsis were loosing the war.

There were 0.5 million Indian troops and 0.2million Mukti's,if you have time read any book written by an Indian Army officer who fought there.
