Then let them prove according to due process their case for unfair prosecution.

There is nothing preventing anyone from engaging proper legal counsel to pursue her case.

USA has released a lot of Guantanamo Bay detainees who do not pose no or little threat to USA
if she posed no threat to America she would been released

You know Baghdadi was once in Guantanamo bay prison , who was later released :)
