What's new

Pakistan raises issue of Aafia Siddiqui's 'human, legal rights' with US

I suppose this is "news" because the gov't of Pakistan is looking for a new issue to divert from its recent troubles and an issue that may mobilize support for it from militant Pakistani groups at no cost to itself is considered ideal.
You're (Israel/Zionst) are far more terrorist than any terrorist organization of the world @Solomon2

.
Read her husband book , about her activities and arrest. She been given fair chance by Gen Mohiuddin Haider to clear her self , but she join the terrorist and her husband silently join a job in KSA and live peacefully. His book is interesting and has all verified facts. He divorce her , in next few months she married Alqaida operative . I don't see she will ever release.

A lot of horrors happened after 9/11. Doesn’t remove her links to terrorism and her potential as a final nail in the coffin to any hope of squashing terrorism and extremism in Pakistan.
Heck if she is released TLP may even take power in Pakistan, in that case Ill be campaigning in the US to bomb Pakistan back to the stone age.
You can't imagine due to 911 how many Pakistani families were ruined in US. Those who did 911,enjoying good life in desert. Those Pakistani who had multi million dollar business in US,now living on welfare in Canada or return Pakistan broke. Those thousands of families been sending millions of dollars every year to Pakistan to support there love ones. Sorry to say we Pakistani are emotional stupidz. And i saw that..............

The kind of protocols they follow with the prisoners it seems impossible for that 4 foot petit lady to snatch away a rifle from the Guard/s.

Depends on the soldier and the situation. Someone handling a situation calmly and like a gentleman with his gun shouldered or on the side may be disarmed easily.

where are ngos and human rights org?

USA has released a lot of Guantanamo Bay detainees who do not pose no or little threat to USA
if she posed no threat to America she would been released

there is something to her story that is not being revealed

A lot of people sufferred from hatred and paranoia.

In all seriousness its a muddled case, the only man who really knows it all is sitting pretty in Dubai giving interviews. But she is a threat to the fight against extremism and normalization as it is, a fight that is decades long and will need decades to win; which regardless of injustice and inhumane treatment makes her a small sacrifice for the greater good.. an ironic term considering the reality of life per our beliefs.

I pray to Allah for her release. If some of you consider her a terrorist than let her have trial in Pakistan, nothing more & nothing less.
Bring her to Pakistan, please!
Regards

.
Maybe her payment is due Thats why the News.

Who cares for a Migrant women from India charged with terrorism as a Pakistani.

She is in jail for seven counts of attempted murder.

Not just legal it is also slightly political....The issue was almost always political when it came to Aafia...

Those political considerations, if any, are all within Pakistan, who apprehended her and handed her over without any legal process under Pakistani law. Her attempted escape and murder attempts got her convicted, but that was later. She is serving out her sentence for those crimes.

I pray to Allah for her release. If some of you consider her a terrorist than let her have trial in Pakistan, nothing more & nothing less.

She was convicted of seven counts of attempted murder. She has to serve out her sentence.

Did a Pakistani court convict her or an Afghan court where the crime allegedly took place?

They will be coming for Shakeel Afridi. You Better get your oh he helped against terrorism Gimmick on

As I said above, what happened to her within Pakistan is a question for Pakistani authorities to answer.

Bring her back home and then use her exactly the same way, the west has been using Malala against Pakistan and now preparing Asia bibi.
