Not unless it comes with strict stakeholder and end beneficiary audits. It can be done, they did so in the aid package to Balochistan, albeit on a much smaller case .
UKAID has a good checks and balance mechanism for where its money goes.

Pakistan made an attempt in recent past and during that probe by NCA it was proved that Sharifs have legitimate money but one their property was linked with Malik Riaz in the past and his money in not legitimate so he has to pay £ 190 million to Pakistan government, Pakistan government transferred that money in Malik Riaz's account again with the approval of Imran Khan Cabinet in a sealed envelope.

It will not materialize. Unfortunately, it will affect people, but most Overseas Pakistanis are pro-PTI.

These pledges have a gestation period of three years, and no hard cash is coming to the PDM govt. this will all be looked over by UN relief bodies and NGO's. So it will have no bearing on Pakistan financial crunch.
