Being able to map the floor along with sea conditions in various seasons allows them to fine tune their Sosus system which they have been spending upon quite a bit apparently.

But they are not able to do that cuz, all 4 times they are caught far away from our territorial waters at our EEZ boundary. Isn't it??

I can’t guarantee that it was just 4 times
