What he said is that they had the intelligence of his where abouts and were working to reveal it. He did not elaborate if it is actionable information. Since this is after the fact, so we have to assume he is talking about abbottabad.

Read Seymour Hersh's article. ISI sheltered Osama since 2006 in Abbottabad. Shelter is probably not the right word, because he was basically under house arrest and constantly under ISI watch in that building. Someone from ISI leaked it to CIA and claimed the $25 million bounty and now he is in DC under witness protection. It is a great article and most of it make sense.
