All of those Pakistanis were not soldiers or ex soldiers.
Why would a governmnet issues it's soldier, whose identity is under governmnet restricted record be issued fake passport. a soldier or ex soldier can not leave his country for sometime with out an NOC from government.
And pre mature retirement is what Pakistani pilots did in Arab israeli wars to get disowned even if they get caught. So go and fool some of your fellow indian(if you find one with brain).

Even if there is any truth to the fake passport drama (which I doubt )- there is no proof of him being a terrorist.

he is military personal for us who had been trialed as per rule.and as per rules he can appeal against the verdict in civilian court too and last appeal he can make to the president as clemency appeal that is the procedure

The thing is K.Jadhav is a serving commander of the Indian navy...it means Indian state is directly involved in the subversion activities in Pakistan...this is a much more serious damning issue than Indian rhetoric with Kashmir Jihadis or others which were non state actors even if they were from Pakistan.

India has not so far arrested any serving military/forces person from Pakistan. This is a very serious issue and there is one or two earlier instances in the world where a serving commander was caught in the enemy country...

Also USA, Germany has hanged convicted persons by the state and with ICJ staying the execution...they went with the death sentences ignoring ICJ ruling. In matters of national security and threats ICJ has no say.
