Going by your figures, your defence budget would be around 2.85 percent of your GDP for the next fiscal.....

Pak GDP is $320 billion for 2015-16 not $295b, as expected you don't know how it works.

Pakistan is supposed to change base year after 15 years, which can increase Pak GDP between 30-50%. From 2017 Pak should grow at 7% and can reach 8-9% by early 2020's- Add 7-8% of inflation every year also, so GDP can reach $1 trillion before 2025.

Pak 2014-15 GDP is $286 billion and not $260b, for 2015-16 $320b.

After that here is my conservative estimates for coming years. 2016-17 $370b, 2017-18 $430b. Base year change which can increase Pak GDP to $550 billion in 2018-19.

We just have to wait and see if change in base year will increase GDP or not. If it does then $1 trillion is on the cards before 2025.
