This only makes sense if the US sells or allows used C/D models and allows for SABR upgrades. Otherwise it doesn't make too much sense. However IF it does allow SABR upgrades then its it still a positive. Remember, PAF has to replace 150 fighters (Mirages, and F-7s) as soon as possible. New build J-10C and F-16 would be far too expensive to do that, so used F-16 and upgrading to V standards would dramatically improve the PAFs capabilities with say 50 late model F-16. Over the next 5 years, another 100 fighters could be acquired through JF-17s and J-10s and FGFA. Then FGFA slowly starts replacing older F-16.

As for another OHP,this may make sense IF PN is sold Mk-41 for the Baburs/Jinnah class (although Turkey was recently refused Mk-41 itself d/t anti-Russian sanctions). If they get Mk-41, then they can put Alamgir and another OHP through G-class upgrade and install 8 cell VLS and get them Albatross NG as well giving 32 VLS launced SAMs for the OHP and Baburs could hace 16 cells for upnto 64 SAMs.
