Why we will not do anything? - You think there is any alternative? - We cant let Pakistan become a desert -

Pakistan will do, what it can affoard to do (a big hue and cry on international forums, acts of terrorism here and there), but stop short of mass committing suicide.

Because Intelligent and self centered Pakistanis at Pakistan's helm, realize that people can live in a dessert (ask your Saudi cousins) but they cant live in a nuclear wasteland.

Out of context but is it possible to make a temporary dam in a month time which is easy to break. And will the flow of water affect India as well ?

Building a dam in that area will take some time but like what already exists, they will fill up. Then what? To use water we probably will have to build tunnels. Long term idea only. No dams will come up for a long, long time even if India got the treaty changed.

No I mean is it possible to use reservoir as a weapon? Which can unload lots of water toward desired direction to creat destruction .

Its not question of stupidity, we need leverage on them, this is most effective way .nobody is advocating to block the water, only scrap the IWT, let the water runs as it is only unofficially.

Never will I ever support the Govt. of my motherland in committing an actual human rights violation such as stopping water to Pakistan.
Even the thought of it is despicable. Our enemy is the Pakistani state...not the people! By even contemplating such a move, we not only become inhuman, we risk losing support from every nation that has backed us! (including many within the Indian nation)
That isolation thing can be self inflicted...
In the case of Pakistan, continued use of terror and nuclear blackmail..
In the case of India, it will be water blackmail..

We dont even agree with the original treaty as despite the fact that 95% of indus river course is through Pakistan but we are getting less than 30%.

The Indians mentioned are only expressing their hearts desire, not making a logical argument

That we already have, even with the structures presently built. The topography does not allow for a lot of water to be stored, certainly not much that won't get dissipated in the plains of Pakistan but there could still be some flooding effect, especially in the narrower parts. Followed by dry days as the dam refills.
