You can and ought to be making better vehicles that that Russian truck.
There are flying vehicles being manufactured now and we have had tech to make such vehicles since 1950s.
Transports (be they cars, trains , ships or planes) are no longer using the I.C. Engine (internal combustion engine) but are using electric engines powered by adv. batteries. No one is using distributed fossil fuels for individual locomotion (it is centralized energy production and battery usage for individual locomotion).
We have to step up our R&D and manufacturing of planes, housing, transports, clothing, tech, foods etc.
We ought to be protecting our people from the non-benign propaganda from the neighbors to the East (whose movies, non-nutritious foods & culture is non-benign aimed at de-structing their own country /peoples and everyone who is exposed to it). Media production (wholesome, patriotic, morally upright) and innovative revelation transmission should be a priority of the armed forces.

It does not matter what form of government it is (democracy or martial law / dictatorship or monarchy or caliphate) as long as there is innovation, continual improvement in the quality of life of the people (as well as moral AND physical and environmental condition of the people).

Pakistan may learn from a once very militant Japan ; they focused on civilian and civic tech breakthroughs (and on peaceful overtures). Today they have improved the quality of life of their people and they have the ability to manufacture any military hardware they may ever want. For this members of the armed forces ought to be trained to lead civilian development/ manufacturing efforts, perhaps.
In order to accomplish our goals it would help if we make the right allies : this means keeping old alliances (the US) and making good friends besides (the Russians) . If the Indians can do it, why can't we?
Why are we wasting time with the Chinese who even if they give everything they know to us will still be less than what the Russians would help us with ? The Chinese are 2nd tier mirror civilization (they mirror and learn from the Russians) ; it is like settling for a not-attractive girl (China) by leaving an attractive girl (Russia). It is better to be alone than to have alliances with people who are not the best in class (US/UK/Germany/Russia). The author does not mix too much with some members of his own family (except to help and motivate and encourage them) because he prefers the company of the best of the best (morally, physically, intellectually).
Pakistanis are better looking (and better in every way although we can become better looking) than the Chinese and we have to have self confidence and high moral standards to hold out for BOTH Russians and the US (the UK / Germany being the center of this alliance; we have to assure the Germans / UK that they are still at the core of our hearts and minds - but we can no longer fall behind India in tech transfer and R&D and generally pretty much anything).

This is the example how idiotic some parkistani people are

No news and I am not expecting anything good from HIT. I hope they get something from either Turkey or South Africa or may be even UAE

I know HIT has made mistakes like that Horrible wildcat MRAP copy. But i think it deserves another chance because in house made and developed is better than importing something. I think this time pricate sector may get its fair share and the Hamza 8x8 may be produced however maybe in different configuration
