But in Pakistan don't they have natural predators like leopards and lions?

Not Wild Boars! These swines cause horrendous amount of damage to crops, streams, animals and live stock. Check out the damage they have done in a small part of Texas.

In plains of Punjab they don't have any real enemy but is Islamabad and related areas very few leopards are there but still not enough to control their population.

boars r a pest indeed but it would be hard to control them by hunting only just look at USA & Australia the species isn't even native to these continents but still from initial releases of few 100s few centuries ago today an ecological & agricultural pest of large parts of country the best is biological control we have to preserve our carnivores which would naturally control them and also bring in Eco-tourism and for note the only USA parts where boars didn’t become menace have healthy wolf population
