ghora da mo wali... basharam aurat ... ruined my day
who cares? its just a game. If it gets cancelled you don't need to cry like babies.
boxing, wrestling and so on. We have poured countless stacks into this crooked pastime, where the money could have been invested in activities that matter on the world athletic stage.
Heck, the last time I was seen holding a cricket bat was when I was inside nappies. That too probably for a photoshoot.
Cricket is over rated anyways.1. Pakistanis have been waiting 18 years for intl cricket to return to the country
2. The manner in which the entire affair was handled was unethical
3. This has caused national embarrassment to the self-esteem and what many would perceive the prestige of the nation
4. this unilateral decision will mean other teams visiting Pakistan will now likely change their plans.
Who loses out? The people of Pakistan, Pakistani cricketers, the Pakistani economy.
Think before you type next time.
Yes I like this idea and has been suggested before, sadly it is not something that will have instant buy in, why you ask? Tell me who has the most to lose from Cricket losing it's lion share of the pie?
We have excellent talent ...sheedi tribe is master and can produce world class players. But, corruption sucked football. I have once seen there game long ago in Islamabad ... they were brilliant player but belong to very poor segment of society, same we great talent in Baluchistan. ...NZ burned many hearts today. Very disappointing.
Soccer takes a toll on the physical well-being of dedicated players; injuries may compound over time. Many have weak bone density and Vitamin D deficiency in Pakistan unfortunately. This is my observation at localized levels.
Another factor is that Pakistani Soccer team(s) are unable to qualify for Soccer World Cup in trial matches.
Cricket is a dying sport we should focus on varied sports, like hockey, boxing, wrestling and so on. We have poured countless stacks into this crooked pastime, where the money could have been invested in activities that matter on the world athletic stage.
