Unlike the USA and Russia stock pilling of fissile material for 30 thousand + nukes Pakistan is following a moderate policy keeping in view its defense and deterrence needs and financial appetite.

KRL is already operating at reduced capacity for last many years, and addition of around 5 to 6 Pu based nukes from old and new Pu reactors is not a multi billion dollar job.

Weaknesses of Pakistan's economy has dozen more reasons.

Muscle and swelling is different, some times swelling cause internal bleeding ...... you should be careful...
