I always found it interesting that the PAK-FA plane starts with the world PAK
Considering the flourising Russian/Pakistani relations why don't Pakistan places an order of 10 Birds with Ruskies ?

10 Birds for "Special missions would be ideal purchase and over time a fleet of 50 should be a reasonable goal to help retire F16

you live in your fantasy world and wishful thinking, we just started our warm relation to Russia it is to too early to assume that Russia will give us their strategic weapon and remember sir first customer will RUAF need in numbers to counter emerging threat from US and Europe like F-22, F-35, EF, RAFALE and GRIPEN-NG, i don't think they will gives us their strategic weapon any time soon may be after 2025-2030

I don't think Pakistan going to buy PAK-FA, it doesn't have DSI.

Though the Russians did develop this plane, for the Pakistanis as it has PAK in its name.

Russia is looking for more funding , but Indian pilots looking something comparable to F35 and T50 is below there expectation. PAK FA hardly moving at this moment, because Indian govt seems not interested adding more dollars in the program. Indian knows once its ready for full production in next phase Russian will ask for billions more for further enhancement to meet Indian pilots requirements .... @Joe Shearer and other Indian members .. please ur take..
