This is what it states regarding the current conditions of funding:

It only mentions "some delays and postponements", not downright "shelving" or "cancellation" of any major defense programs.

so it means that no plan or defence program is cancelled yet..even if funds are provided now..the program can very well continue

Isn't this what everyone assumed anyway- that the 2025 deadline had simply been pushed back? The question now is just by how long-5 years? 10?

Funds will not be issue for sure all big procurement takes time along payments can be done in small installments I Beleive after COVID 19 PAF will have more chances to get desired jetts or tools beacuse all western countries will look for business to kick start theior economies and offering soft loan or line of credit is best stimulas to theior economies and jobs it would be race for new orders military business is biggest business in the world and Pak is one big buyer with huge requirements in near future

So what is the end result for them? Look at them today trying to justify them selves to everyone and trying prove them selves righteous. The mess they are in today is all of their own making. I mean this nation could have tolerated their corruption and every thing. What was the point to go to the extent of destroying us. We are not going to fade in vain cause few leaders had change of heart. Those leaders will suffer.
