This is not exactly correct. Pakistan has yet to spend the full $5.1 billion simply because we have not opted for all of the 36 blk-52s which make up close to $3 billion of the overall package.

Well noticing that the F16 plants, have alot of time to make new planes , we should just ask for more supply of planes it will save US jobs and also we will get few extra planes for defensive needs

We have only recieved like few F16 here and there barely even recieving 100 million worth of promised aid for the F16 deals

These aircraft are expensive. If the funding had not been an issue, PAF would have purchased 55 blk 52s outright with a possibility of further follow-on orders.

Balin bhai - Block -60 is called the Desert Falcon , Block-70 (Purposed) is called the "super viper"- i think our Block 52's deserve the "Indus Falcon" title.

These are expensive fighters, but they're still on the lighter side in terms of Western fighters...and a great deal overall in the global context. You have a matured (30+ years) high performance fighter that still has scope for additional upgrades - such as AESA radar and better ECM/EW suite - and in its current form still holds itself among other 4+/4.5 generation fighters. In the wider context, the F-16s are still a killer deal...and it would certainly be a coup of sorts when FC-20 crosses this cost:performance threshold.

In a nutshell; Pakistan for years to come will be one of the prospect customers of Lockheed Martin that provides one the best mature tehnologies. Similar to F-16s PAF could potentially strike future deal with Lockheed in afterwards 2025.
