what are the necessary steps world Airforces are talking in modernizaing there crew with various tactics and techniques to meet challenges and what PAF is doing in this regard???

what is the difference between training of IAF and PAF personnel?

in my opnion the training of PAF is better then IAF becaus the training is baisd on two major part one is basic traner super mashak and second is light jet like k8 now a days IAF is facing lake of basic trainer's thats why PAF has edj on them

PAF has a clear edge in confidence and missile fires too , from a basic jet to Supersonic fighter a pilot goes through intensive mental, physical and survival training.

Every one knows PAF has the highest rejection rate in the world thats why i was failed too
