Finally with untiring efforts of Sir Kaiser Tufail, here is the roll of honour of the PAF Pilots involved in the operation Swift Retort that decisively delivered a telling blow on the Indian Air Force and rendered it's claims of superiority over PAF.

As a side note, how do the ranks work in PAF? is a lot of Squadron Leaders and Wing Commanders in that package. How many squadron leaders would you expect to have a in a normal 18 jet squadron in the PAF ?

Is the Squadron Leader a title of experience & ability, or is it the role? I expected 1 S/L per 18 jets, etc ... Just curious ...

3 to 4 Wg Cdrs...One is OC of the squadron then there's OC flying and there's a Flight commander,all are Wg Cdrs.Latter two work under OC of the squadron.

There are many S/Ls in a squadron.
