Secularism is not compatible with Islam.

Secularism mean separation of state and religion. Islam endorses Sharia. Islam and Sharia aren't compatible with each other.

A Muslim can't be secular until he abandons Islam.

Same goes for Christian and Jews.

Please don't waste my time with this childish quibbling. If you consult a Muslim knowledgeable in these matters, he (or she) will inform you that Muslims are bound to live according to the laws of the land. Furthermore, many Muslim countries in north Africa, and in Turkey earlier before Erdogan, had little or nothing to do with Sharia.

Lastly, you probably don't know that English common law jurisprudence was derived from the legal systems evolved in Sicily, that had been under Arab occupation until its reconquest by the de Hautevilles.

Christians have adapted to a secular system, and were the first to do so. So have Jews outside Israel.

I get a feeling that they ARE religious Muslims but not the fanatic types. It is a different matter that they still carry a secret love for Pakistan, but otherwise they are loyal, taxpaying Indian citizen.

There are many of us who are soft about Pakistan, but without compromising on our loyalty to our India. Muslim Indians are no different. It is nice to be warmly welcomed in another country, as they are in Pakistan, when they get to visit. It is nice for me to be warmly welcomed in the land of my forefathers, when I go there occasionally. That is all there is to it. There is no fifth column among our citizens waiting to jump out of the shadows at an opportune moment.

I have a large family in India--many first cousins and a brother of my dad--and from interacting with them, I get a feeling that they ARE religious Muslims but not the fanatic types. It is a different matter that they still carry a secret love for Pakistan, but otherwise they are loyal, taxpaying Indian citizen.
And what is so surprising about minorities wanting secularism?? It is a survival tool! Jews are very religious in Israel--politically religious--but are always for secularism and liberalism in the Christianity-dominated West.

Tell me, going by what I have said and posted, is it not possible to bear goodwill for Pakistan, except where my country's interests are concerned? Is it impossible to be polite and cordial with Pakistanis, and yet remain staunchly loyal to my India?

If a neutral observer can observe that in my behaviour, why is it difficult to think the same of any Muslim Indian?

Absolutely no issues there. One can be a loyal Indian Muslim with still a soft heart for Pakistan. That's the feeling I get from my relatives in India, although they have been extra careful since Modi came to power.

Best thing is to stroke as much violence as possible. Major fault lines such as the hindu/muslim, kashmiri, khalistani, north eastern, marxist terror must be taken advantage of.

What we can start immediate is armed supply to kashmiris, khalistanis, and anti hindu muslim groups such as PFI asap. Small arms/mortars are more than enough for these veggies.

Secondly a front should be opened cooperating with China to supply north eastern/marxist groups, with a wider goal of leveraging North-South indian conflict.

I am surprised neither Pakistan nor China has stood up for south indians who are by far the most oppressed group in India. Being the most developed region and only being allocated 1/3rd or revenue contributed via taxes. Many south indians are at the forefront against Brahmin north gangedeshi terror.

I have always found the ethnic bengals to be the most secessionist group in India.. Also the brains of India and most educated group
