Did Osama ever attack Pakistan?, no, so why should we hurl abuses at him.
Some cold hard facts about Pakistan concerning the former CIA agent turned sour against his supporters.
1. Most Pakistanis consider him innocent of the 2001 attacks, they believe he was scapegoated.
2. Most Pakistanis went out and performed janazah for him, and some notable personalities like Dr. Israr Ahmad refused based on the following point.
3. The reason that many Pakistanis refrained from reading his janazah is because they believed he had died in 2002 in Tora Bora from lack of kidney dialysis. The fake video (and first one claiming responsibility for 2001 attacks) from there added to that suspicious
4. Abottabad raid had alot of discrepancies, then the whole issue with the compound being empty and the alleges tossing of the body into the ocean. It sounded like a Hollywood story.
5. Obama marketed that to win his re-election and targeted every political opponent with the raid.
6. Americans celebrated the raid and felt like it brought them closure and now they could leave Afghanistan.
I think enough time has passed that we can start asking questions about these issues.
Was he responsible for those attacks? What is the proof? Was Taliban reponsible? Was the war against Afghanistan justified? Was he killed in Afghanistan? Was the Abottabad raid fact or fiction? Has the world become safer since the beginning of WOT and how have Muslim countries been affected?
Most Americans do not accept the official narrative of the US government, why should we Pakistanis?
IK has been opposed to the WoT since day one. Why should we expect him to follow the US narrative on the event?
