How to serve? By surrendering before fanatical mobs? What would the aftermath look like? Have we given it any thought? PKR was in freefall before Saudis loaned money. Imagine what would be the state of our economy when GSP plus state is taken and our exports see a sizeable reduction. How would we finance the CAD then? Where would PKR go? The same mobs will be dying on the streets or be involved in food riots then with runaway inflation due to PKR's unending depreciation. These religious slogans are all hunky-dory until the chicken come home to roost. Denuclearisation and balkanization of Pakistan are what would be in store for us if these mobs have their way. What Deobandi fanatics could not deliver to their paymasters, Brelvi fanatics hold the promise of delivering, i.e. the realization of the utter economic rout of Pakistan if the state surrenders to these fanatics.
