Our infra projects in the NE are still going at a snails pace for the most part...what you've stated will only apply if we can change and revitalize that pace (the hindrance is primarily environmental permissions/clearances being delayed from the MOEF )
Limited war with China do not need super infrastructures we have our calculations done and ready to call their bluff out.
We suck in propaganda, the Chinese are aggressors and they need to go back to their previous positions.
Let them escalate with whatever excuse now, we have all the right to kick their soldiers out. We are playing by the rule of the game, be if its is more diplomacy or more military discourse or both.
Indian minister of EA is visiting China on 9th of May. Interesting times ahead.
