Correction : i don't mean drop off in landing zones inside Kashmir . But totally parachute the weapons on any hotspot location without the need to land a job. Quicker faster for sure.

1. kashmir..south, central, north
2. Jammu
3. ladkh

you will not be able to find support in jammu, ladkh or central kashmir..people are divided and not comitted to a cuase
