In a "non free world" country like pre-2011 Libya why should the system have tolerated someone who wants the chaos and complication of forty different political parties and five-yearly elections and freedom to bring regressive ideas that would have gone counter to the 1969 revolution that had brought simplicity, progressiveness and general harmony to the society and had potential for more development ?

I agree that dynastic rule is not quite Communist or Socialist but North Korea is an olderly and disciplined society with facilities that Indians and Pakistanis don't have in their "democratic" societies.
