New Charge Sheet Links Tablighi Jamaat & Deoband to Delhi Riots

Despite "Gandhi" being your adopted name in this forum, you seem to know/care jack about human rights. Which is typical of so-many Sanghi minded Indians.

Dude, I could care least about what title you want to give me. Call me Sanghi or whatever, hearing your views in general makes me care less.

I was only suggesting from experience that in such a situation the Supreme Court will not intervene through a PIL unless there is some very strong ground. However, in my opinion, PIL can be used to have those BJP leaders investigated again who have probably not been named in this chargesheet but had instigated the violence.

If my opinion based on my past experience makes you call me a Sanghi, so be it. A radical leftists opinion matters zilch to me.

Truth is that there is no difference between your kind and Sanghis. You say anything against Sanghi ideology, they label you Sickular, Khangressi, anti-national etc. Radicals liberals like you will jump and label people "Sangh"i just because they disagreed with you on something. No difference at all. Two sides of the same coin.

Some of those Hindus who were killed were identified as those who tried to protect Muslims. They were killed by the Sanghi mobs. They have my full respect and honor.

Okay, that's appreciated.

What if some Hindus were killed by aggressive Muslims and not in self-defence? May be that's how the IB officer died ? He was stabbed 51 times. Hope those Hindus will have your respect too ?

.
Oh come on, why acting naive as if it is 100% genuine emotion and not political at all? Protests took a turn after Sonia Gandhi's appearance at Ramlila, isn't it? It is 100% political from both sides.

Poor Muslims and Hindus will be played as long as they're willing to be played by both sides. Just don't say our emotions are genuine and their's are politically motivated.

And @Shantanu_Left offering legal services, it is nice of you to offer, but I feel they'll be represented by best of the lot congress legal teams. Congress and BJP both are loyal to their 'patrons'.

In that case, they deserve better. They deserve respect and justice. I have no qualms with the justice system punishing Muslim for any criminal acts that they do.

In the case of the IB officer, it was clear that he was killed by Sanghi mobs. He died protecting Muslims. His brother changed his story later (presumably under pressure) to implicate Tahir Hussain. But let us not use this incident to divert attention from the state sponsored inquisition that is currently underway.

A three month old speech at 10 km distance is responsible but a 5 hour old one on the spot is not, nice.

Poor Muslims voted AAP (NOT Owaisi) but poor Hindus voted BJP, equal?

Amazing correlation (or causation)

Another one of those "both sides" arguments.

How did you conclude that this was a BJP/Congress street battles?

No I'm not saying that Misra guy's speech is not responcible. But you're very quick to come for the defence of president of AICC. So are you saying Sonia's speech happened really long back to influence the whole situation? How does pitching tents at Shaheenbagh happens immediately after Sonia's appearance at Ramlila? Coincidence?

Poor Muslims voted AAP (NOT Owaisi) but poor Hindus voted BJP, equal?
Good idea. Can you bring Union election voting pattern for better relevance? As I assume, most cosmopolitan voter of the country should have an understanding that, police doesn't come under state govt's jurisdiction but union's?

Also pardon my ignorance, I don't know how poor Hindus and Muslims are distributed geographically and in what numbers in Delhi.

Sure, they haven't voted for Asad bhai, they're not as gullible as Hyderabadi voters to choose same damn guy every time .

Ehhh?? There was no CAA, no protests, neither your "Ramlila speech". How does it fit into context?

You didn't commented why only BJP-won areas were ignited.

The voting pattern will give a better idea on who voted for Modi and who didn't. It is also very fresh data just like Delhi state elections. So why not?

Are you suggesting that BJP couldn't ignite the other areas where they lost the recent state election?

How do voting patterns define the action of the Delhi Police to aid and abet the pogrom?

What that have to do with whole fiasco anyway? We are discussing riots that are related to CAA protests (and "Ramlila speech"), right?

I am suggesting that people who voted for BJP were ultra-radicalised by "Goli maro salo ko" campaign of Delhi elections, hence they were the easiest to take it to riots.

Nah, I'm not saying they're street battles. For pure political street battles you've to goto rayalaseema region in AP.

To answer your quesion, because I don't believe Congress is sitting idle doing nothing with all the resources at their disposal. They're not particularly naive, idealist nor inexpedient.

Man, you're the one who brought 2020 voting patterns to the discussion and tried getting a bottomline from them. How can I answer your question. Of course we are discussing anti CAA protests, right from Bill to act to peaceful protests to violent protests to riots.

How do voting patterns define the action of the Delhi Police to aid and abet the pogrom?
Ask the one who posted maps. And I wont use the word 'pogrom' for these riots.

Voting patterns should be taken with timeline i.e. after CAA fiasco, no? Why should not we take 1990s one too?

I don't know how your brain can't comprehend this simple point.
