After increase in the membership of Assembly in the year of 2002, and the expected consequential increase in the staff of the Secretariat as well as to provide additional office accommodation to the Ministers and their staff. It was planned in the year of 2005 to build an additional Assembly building. The construction started in the year of 2006.

is it that anything that looks bad to you is done in a particular tenure it must be criticized and forget the planners and those who spend millions of rupees on it must be given a free bail.

Politicians can do several years of planning for themselves, without any party based prejudice. But these Lanties will never plan projects that lasts more than 3 years just because they don't want to give credits or may be they are too much selfish.
